About the Property

Cobia Cabana offers plenty of room for families and friends to relax and reconnect. The first floor features a bedroom with two king beds, a full bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower, a laundry room, and direct access to the private backyard pool.

The second floor serves as the heart of the home, with a comfortable living room, separate sitting area, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious dining room. Step outside to the large screened-in porch with dining space or enjoy the additional room to unwind on the wraparound porch.

Upstairs, two private bedrooms each feature a king bed and private balcony. The sleeping loft is perfect for kids and teens, offering two built-in twin beds and two pull-out twin trundles.

Private Pool & Outdoor Living

Enjoy your own private backyard oasis! Spend sunny afternoons swimming, relax on the porch with your morning coffee, or unwind outdoors after a day at the beach.

Optional Pool Heating: Available for $35 per day, with a target temperature of 86°F. Heating must be requested at least 24 hours before arrival and is available for the full stay only. Partial-day heating and prorated charges are not available. Actual water temperature may vary with weather conditions. Contact before arrival to arrange heating.

Guest Access & Important Information

• Keyless Entry: Personalized access instructions will be sent by text no later than 4:00 PM Central Time on arrival day.

• Check-In: 4:00 PM Central Time

• Check-Out: 10:00 AM Central Time

• Parking: Complimentary parking for up to 3 vehicles, depending on vehicle size. Vehicles must remain in designated parking areas.

• Pet Friendly: Up to 3 dogs are permitted with a $150 fee per pet, payable before check-in. Pet fee not included in quote. Please contact our reservations department to confirm your pet(s).

• Guest Support: provides 24/7 local guest support by phone or text.

* For insurance and liability purposes, a copy of a valid driver’s license is required. You will receive a text message with instructions to securely verify your ID after booking your stay. This documentation is used solely to verify driving eligibility and meet insurance requirements. In the event of damage, an accident, or a rule violation involving the golf cart, the information provided may be used for claims or recovery purposes. Otherwise, it will not be shared or retained beyond the reservation period.
* No Parties or Events: Parties, large gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited.
* Maximum Occupancy: No more than 12 people may be on the property at any time, including overnight guests and daytime visitors.
* Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Please keep music, conversations, and outdoor activities at a respectful volume, including around the pool and on the porches and balconies.
