Welcome to Collwood #503, your bright top-floor retreat in Madeira Beach, with views of both the beach and the Intracoastal Waterway! This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium sleeps up to six guests with one King bed, one Queen bed and a futon, and it sits in a well-kept beachfront building just steps from the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico.

Step inside to an airy living room with wood laminate floors, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating, including electric recliners, a couch, a loveseat, and a full-size sleeper futon that opens up for two extra guests. A dining table for four sits next to the fully equipped kitchen, which has a breakfast bar for casual meals and everything you need to cook in.

The primary suite features a king bed, TV, direct balcony access, and an en-suite bath with a tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a TV, and a large closet with plenty of room for beach gear. A second full bathroom makes the layout easy for families and friends traveling together.

From the top floor, the east-facing balcony looks out over the Intracoastal and is the perfect spot for watching the sunrise with your morning coffee. Then it’s a quick trip downstairs to the beach for sunsets over the Gulf.

The Neighborhood

Madeira Beach is a relaxed coastal town known for its white sand, warm Gulf water, and colorful sunsets. Spend your days lounging on the beach, hunting for seashells, or enjoying fresh grouper at a local waterfront spot. Madeira Beach is known as the Grouper Capital of the World.

Breakfast is easy, with a local cafe right across the street. The Suncoast Beach Trolley stops just outside, giving you a simple, car-free way to explore the beaches up and down the coast.

You’re also a short walk from John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk, one of the area’s top attractions. Browse more than 100 shops and restaurants, enjoy waterfront dining, or grab ice cream on the boardwalk. For a little adventure, book a dolphin cruise, jet ski rental, or deep-sea fishing trip right from the docks.
