Summit 107–107A “Summit and Sea”

Create lasting beach memories at Summit and Sea; a spacious lockout condo located in the Summit at TOPS’L Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida. Offering 1,601 square feet of comfortable living space, this unique setup combines two connected spaces to give families and friends the perfect balance of spending time together while still having room to spread out. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and accommodations for up to eight guests, there’s plenty of space for the whole crew.

The main condo welcomes you with a bright and comfortable living area, perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. Settle in for a movie, plan the next day’s adventures, or simply relax and enjoy some downtime together. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and everything you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast before hitting the beach to a family dinner at home.

Step outside onto the private balcony and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of TOPS’L. It’s a wonderful spot to begin the morning with coffee, enjoy the fresh coastal air, or unwind after another day in the Florida sunshine.

The main portion of the condo features a king-size bed in one bedroom and two queen-size beds in the second bedroom, providing plenty of sleeping space for families or groups traveling together.

The adjoining studio-style lockout provides an additional private retreat with a king-size bed and its own bathroom. This separate space is especially convenient for another couple, grandparents, or anyone who enjoys having a little extra privacy while remaining connected to the rest of the group.

When rented together, Summit 107–107A offers the best of both worlds: three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and plenty of room for everyone to settle in comfortably. Keep the connecting lockout door open to enjoy the property as one spacious vacation home, or close it when members of your group would like a little extra privacy.

The first-floor location adds another layer of convenience, making trips to and from the condo easy whether you're carrying luggage, groceries, or everything you need for a day at the beach. You'll also have an in-unit washer and dryer, making longer stays and family vacations even easier.
