Nautilus is located in the heart of Florida's beautiful Emerald Coast, conveniently situated near Destin and surrounded by beaches, restaurants, shopping, and exciting attractions.

This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium accommodates up to 6 guests and features a split-bedroom floor plan, with the bedrooms located on opposite ends of the condominium and each offering convenient access to its own bathroom. The larger wraparound balcony is accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom, step outside and enjoy the Gulf View and coastal breezes.

For paid stays of 14 days or less from March 1 through October 31, COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE is included, weather permitting. Your stay includes two beach chairs and one umbrella, making it easy to enjoy your time on the Gulf.

Located on the third floor, this end unit offers approximately 1,100 square feet of comfortable living space and a larger wraparound balcony.

THE CONDO

The comfortable living area provides a place to relax, watch TV, visit with family and friends, or simply unwind after a day in the sun. The dining area includes a table for 4, with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and drip coffee makers, blender, and toaster.

The condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, keyless entry, private Wi-Fi router, and cable TV for your convenience.

Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and beach towels are provided one per maximum occupancy.

Step outside onto the private wraparound balcony and enjoy the Gulf View, refreshing coastal breezes, and the sights and sounds of the beach.

FREE BEACH SERVICE & OUTDOOR AMENITIES

Nautilus offers private beach access directly from the property to the public beach on Okaloosa Island. The beach itself is not private, but the convenient beach access is available to Nautilus guests.

For paid stays of 14 days or less from March 1 through October 31, COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE is included, weather permitting. The service includes two beach chairs and one umbrella. Your beach setup is included with your stay, although the specific location of the setup on the beach is not guaranteed.

Guests may also rent additional beach equipment directly from the beach vendor for an additional fee, including kayaks, paddleboards, and additional beach setups.

Beach Access: The private beach access directly behind Nautilus is stairs-only. A public accessible beach access with a ramp is located immediately next door.

The condo also provides two additional beach chairs, a cooler, beach tote, and beach towels for your convenience.

Nautilus is intentionally different from a large resort complex. With just 68 condominium units across two buildings and seven stories, it offers a more intimate, easygoing beach experience.

The beach and pool are conveniently located within the property, making it easy to enjoy your vacation without navigating a sprawling resort.

A convenience store is located right next door, making it especially easy to pick up drinks, snacks, beach necessities, and other items you may need during your stay.

Available items may include Cornhole, Ladder Toss, Giant Jenga, Giant Connect 4, Spikeball, Bocce Ball, TidalBall, volleyball, football, cards, board games, and other activities for enjoying time together at the condo or on the beach.

Small kitchen appliances may include an air fryer, Instant Pot, waffle maker, countertop ice maker, food processor, and more.

GROCERY DELIVERY & PUT-AWAY SERVICE

Want to arrive with the groceries already taken care of?

Nautilus offers an optional grocery delivery and put-away service for an additional fee. With advance arrangements, refrigerated items can be placed in the refrigerator and other groceries placed on the kitchen counter before your arrival.

Please note that routine maintenance may occur during this period, and reduced off-season rates reflect the possibility of daytime maintenance noise between November 1 and February 28.
