This comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo at Madeira Beach Yacht Club offers everything you need for a relaxing stay on Florida's Gulf Coast. Located just a short walk from the beach, you'll enjoy resort-style amenities and one of the most convenient locations in Madeira Beach.
Please note that due to the 2024 hurricane season, there is construction at Madeira Beach Yacht Club as the ground floor units are repaired. Unit 175A is ready for guests but please remember that there will be construction on the property, per the Yacht Club's Board of Directors. The pool is open but other amenities such as the clubhouse and the hot tub are not available.
Guests are required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) before a reservation can be confirmed.
The condo association requires a guest application and approval prior to arrival. Applications must be completed and returned within 4 days of booking to avoid cancellation. The required $100 application fee is included in the booking cost.

ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
