Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued.
We strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to travel plans.
No refunds will be issued for early departures, weather conditions, personal circumstances, or events such as illness or mandatory evacuations. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is non-refundable.

"Great stay for military!
I was on orders for two months and they were able to match the base housing rate and it was by far the best place we could have stayed at. Full kitchen and the space was very safe and secure. Loved the ocean view and access to the ocean. Made for a fantastic trip."
