There is lots to do in Perdido Key, but even more shopping, restaurants and attractions are just short drives away in Orange Beach and Downtown Pensacola. PKRM wants every guest to be able to experience the beauty of our local waterways. Guests are encouraged to discover this Boater's Paradise by taking advantage of complimentary excursions like Deep Sea Fishing, Dolphin Cruising & Sunset Cruising, If you want to stay on land for your fun, we also have OWA Admission and Golf at Lost Key & Soldier's Creek.
If you prefer to hang out at your home away from home, this 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit is sure to please with this fresh, tasteful interior and the impressive 7th floor vista view. This condo has been well taken care of and it shows! Guests are sure to feel welcomed and happy to be here. The open floor plan flows from the entrance to the balcony. The living area is tastefully appointed and well furnished. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and snacks, but we hope you will get a chance to try some gulf-fresh local seafood at one of the many popular restaurants close by. The Primary Bedroom offers a beautiful beach view from the plush King sized bed. The en suite bath offers a jetted tub and separate shower. The Guest bedroom offers a Comfortable Queen sized bed and there is a sleeper sofa that easily sleeps 2 kids or teens. The guest bathroom offers a convenient tub /shower combo. The HOA has given notice that the heater in lap pool is temporarily not working and will be repaired in the fall season. At this time, the outdoor main pool is unaffected and available for guest enjoyment.
From September 2026 to April 2027 one elevator at a time will be in service, as the Board of Directors has decided to move forward with an elevator modernization project to benefit the guest experience. These dates are subject to change. Please call our office for further updates.
