All homes have stunning ocean views and pool view from their private veranda, there is no bad view on this property. The indoor and outdoor space is perfect to gather in large or small groups enjoying the view, reading a book, playing a game or just relaxing with the cool Caribbean Sea Breeze. Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be made in accordance with the terms below:

Cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival – 5% Cancellation Charge on payments to date.

Cancel 30 day or less prior to arrival - No refund of reservation with the exception of the damage deposit.

If the country of Belize is not accepting visitors, you may change your dates without penalty, or a no cash value credit will be issued that may be used for stays within 365 days of your original reservation date. If you test positive during your test for travel to Belize, we offer a no charge date change for a stay anytime within 4 months of the original reservation date. The date change and credit offer have blackout dates for peak periods (Easter, opening of Lobster Season, Thanksgiving, and the Christmas/New Years holidays).

Final payments not paid within 3 days of the final payment due date will be treated as a guest cancellation and the full booking deposit will be forfeited.

No refunds will be given for unused accommodations during the stay.

Solaria II and II Combo
Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be made in accordance with the terms below:

Cancel 60 days or more prior to arrival: 10% Cancellation Charge on payments to date.

45 to 60 days prior to date of arrival at the Property: Forfeit 25% of booking.

Less than 45 days prior to date of arrival at the Property: No refund with the exception of the security deposit which shall be refunded in full.

No refunds will be given for unused accommodations during the stay.

El Estero
Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be made in accordance with the terms below:

Cancel 14 days or more prior to arrival – Full Refund.

Cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival - No refund of reservation.

Final payments not paid within 3 days of the final payment due date will be treated as a guest cancellation and the full booking deposit will be forfeited.

Visitor Reviews (1) Write a Review! "Indigo San Pedro Will preface this review with this was our first trip to Belize as a destination location. Have stopped via cruise ship but never stayed more than a few hours... Condo was ok. While B place could use some TLC, nothing extreme just place has not held up to tropical weather very well. Would give it a 7 out of 10. Size and rooms were great. 3 bed 3 bath unit with comfortable clean beds. Lacking kitchen cooking items and or quality of said items ie utensils, sharp knives, ect. Some kitchen utensils suffer from tropic humid air pitted corroded. WIFI was useless 5 of 8 days, ultimately new cable was ran and woeked well last 3 days. Pool water was clean and transparent, but lacked some much needed chlorine. Master bedroom French door seals were not air tight and facing ocean wind howled / whistled through night until we blocked it from outside. Island is very poverty stricken and surprisingly expensive to buy food either at stores or restaurants, recreate, or explore island. Belize exchange at 2 to 1 Belize to USD. General sales tax on top of that at 12.5% Golf carts great means of travel and was reasonable to rent for week, however gas was $8.25 gallon USD. Seagrass was bad and impeded ocean access from condo extending well beyond distance one would want to swim on this side of island. Much better at other areas, ie Secret Beach, Caye Caulker (20 minute water Taxi) Some food recommendations: The Truck Stop, 303 Belize, The Farmhouse, Charmaine’s, Elivi’s, and The Cafe " Jun 15, 2026 - , Woodburn, OR
