This cancellation policy applies to all reservations not booked through a third-party Online Travel Agency (OTA) and made directly through Dunn Deal Properties & Vacation Rentals, LLC or its person travel agents. (via phone, website, or email). OTA Reservations- Their cancellation policies apply.
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued.
We strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to travel plans.
No refunds will be issued for early departures, weather conditions, personal circumstances, or events such as illness or mandatory evacuations. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is non-refundable.

"Sisters Annual Data Dump week
Started out a little bumpy but VRBO was on the ball, and had us fixed up in no time at all!!!! This is our annual vaca (hence "Data Dump" week) and it was great. It's nice to get away from life responsibilities and VRBO is the people to see. Been using them over 20 years and have made some awesome friends from there. Condo was clean from top to bottom!!!"
