This cancellation policy applies to all reservations not booked through a third-party Online Travel Agency (OTA) and made directly through Dunn Deal Properties & Vacation Rentals, LLC or its person travel agents. (via phone, website, or email). OTA Reservations- Their cancellation policies apply.
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued.
We strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to travel plans.
No refunds will be issued for early departures, weather conditions, personal circumstances, or events such as illness or mandatory evacuations. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is non-refundable.

My stay here at legacy towers was amazing. For someone coming to Biloxi to live for six months. Having a fully furnished prime location was the perfect stay for me. I was close enough to get to work and enjoy the views from my room. The staff, from the security team to the HOA were kind and professional. Will definitely recommend to other people coming to Biloxi. Also, big shout-out to Bonnie. From the day I booked and even when I had little troubles, she has been an amazing person to call for guidance. Thank you! "
