Whether guests are planning a weekend escape, a family beach trip, or a longer coastal stay, they will love being so close to the sand, dining, and local attractions. With its beach town charm, prime location, and short-term rental appeal, 311 Surfside Drive is the perfect place to enjoy the Surfside lifestyle. It is comfortable, well-located, and ideal for making lasting beach memories. Your stay will include a starter set of linens and supplies: - Flat sheet and fitted sheet for all beds - 8 bath towels - 4 long hand towels - 6 wash clothes - 1 kitchen hand towel - 1 kitchen washcloth - 2 soap bars per bathroom - 1 dishwasher detergent - 1 paper towel - 1 toilet paper per bathroom - 1 trash bag per trash can A departure clean is included in your stay. Rates do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 23. MAX OCCUPANCY 6. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents. There are security cameras located in the front and back of the building. There are no cameras inside the unit. There is a 2-vehicle limit per unit. Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $95 per pet. Rental agreement must be signed within 3 days of booking to ensure a seamless check-in process. We do NOT accept third-party payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.)

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: All cancellations of a Confirmed reservation are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your check-in date, any advance deposit will be refunded less the $75 cancellation fee. No refund of any advanced payments will be given if a cancellation occurs within 30 days of check-in date and unit is not re-rented. Please note: If for any reason the rental property you have reserved becomes unavailable, Myrtle Beach Management (MBM) shall be held harmless by Guests and will provide comparable accommodations at the original rate whenever possible.


A request to change reservations to a different property will be treated as a cancellation and therefore subject to this cancellation policy. NO refund of advance payment(s) will be given in the event of a "no-show."  In addition, if final payment is not received by 30 days prior to check-in, then Myrtle Beach Management (MBM) may cancel the reservation.  In such event, any advance payment(s) will not be refunded.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO HURRICANES, CANCELLED FLIGHTS, MANDATORY EVACUATIONS OR OTHER UNFORESEEN EVENTS.
