This cancellation policy applies to all reservations not booked through a third-party Online Travel Agency (OTA) and made directly through Dunn Deal Properties & Vacation Rentals, LLC or its person travel agents. (via phone, website, or email). OTA Reservations- Their cancellation policies apply.
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued.
We strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to travel plans.
No refunds will be issued for early departures, weather conditions, personal circumstances, or events such as illness or mandatory evacuations. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is non-refundable.

The location is fantastic. The property is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. In the unit we stayed the living room furniture was very comfortable, just like home. The bedroom mattresses could use an update, along with the frying pans in the kitchen."
