Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued.
We strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to travel plans.

No refunds will be issued for early departures, weather conditions, personal circumstances, or events such as illness or mandatory evacuations. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is non-refundable.

Susan was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the entire process seamless. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and detailed, so I never felt lost or confused. ​I was blown away by the condo itself. The decor was beautiful and gave off the best beach vibes, making it a great place to relax after a long day of work. The building's common areas were spotless, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. ​The amenities were also a huge plus. The gym, while small, had everything I needed to get a good workout in, and the pool was always clean and at a great temperature. The location and view were fantastic. As someone on TDY at Keesler AFB, I especially appreciated the quick 10-minute drive to base. ​This was the perfect home away from home, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, especially those on TDY."
