Located at Camp Warnecke Estates, you’ll be just steps from the Comal River and directly across the street from Schlitterbahn Waterpark. Enjoy private river access, a community pool and hot tub, and an unbeatable location close to downtown, tubing, and Gruene! This unit does not have a river view.
The Space
This cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The open living and dining area is perfect for relaxing after a fun day on the river, complete with a fireplace and flat screen Smart TV.

Outdoor areas are monitored by security cameras (per HOA & city rules)
Includes accidental damage protection up to $1,500.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will result in a $50 administrative fee and the return of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will result in full forfeiture of payment. On monthly reservations the cancellation policy increases to 30 days. We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures.
