THE SPACE
Bruin Trail Retreat near the famous Eagle Nest on the North Shore, offers a warm, spacious layout designed for families and larger groups. Large windows bring in natural light and frame the surrounding mountain scenery, while the open living area gives everyone room to gather together.

The main living space includes comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, vaulted ceilings, and a wood-burning fireplace that adds classic mountain character.

The full kitchen is well equipped for group meals and includes a wine fridge, Instant Pot, griddle, stand mixer, waffle iron, blender, dishwasher, and drip coffee maker.

Downstairs, the game room adds another gathering space with a pool table and foosball table.

Step outside onto the private balcony to take in lake and mountain views. The outdoor area also includes a propane BBQ, gas fire pit, sun loungers, dining area, and string lights for relaxed evenings outside.

Fawnskin offers a quieter side of Big Bear while still keeping you within driving distance of The Village, Snow Summit, Bear Mountain, restaurants, and year-round recreation.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.

All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and a standard coffee maker making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.

What we provide
Basic essentials for the kitchen, linens, towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.

Guests must comply with applicable San Bernardino County vacation rental regulations and local Good Neighbor requirements.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM throughout Big Bear.
