THE SPACE

The main living area is designed for relaxing and gathering, with plush seating, a river-rock gas fireplace, and warm mountain finishes throughout. The inviting layout creates a comfortable setting for slow mornings, family time, and relaxed evenings after a day exploring Big Bear.

The updated kitchen features warm wood cabinetry, dark granite countertops, hardwood flooring, and plenty of space for preparing meals together. The adjoining dining area is highlighted by a distinctive antler-style chandelier, while sliding doors open to a large covered deck with outdoor dining space.

The primary suite features a California King bed, TV, workstation, extended mirrored vanity, private bathroom, and direct access to the outdoor deck. A queen bedroom and bunk room provide additional sleeping space for families and groups.

Outside, unwind in the private hot tub or enjoy meals and mountain air from the covered deck.

The garage has been converted into a dedicated game room with a pool table, ping-pong table, dartboard, Chromecast TV, and electric fireplace. The garage is not available for vehicle parking.

GOOD TO KNOW

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome for $35 per dog, per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and bring a pet bed for their comfort. No cats, please.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.

All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and a standard coffee maker making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.

What we provide
Basic essentials for the kitchen, linens, towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.
