Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued.
We strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to travel plans.
No refunds will be issued for early departures, weather conditions, personal circumstances, or events such as illness or mandatory evacuations. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is non-refundable.

We enjoyed the unit. Very nice accommodations. Only a couple of things that I found annoying...the sheets had too short pocket for the thick mattress. They had to be pulled back down each day. Plenty of towels were provided but not a second roll of toilet paper for either bathroom. Again, only minor issues."

Beautiful unit but came with Frustration!
A code for entrance was provided, but no directions to find the unit. Since many units look similar, and we arrived after dark this was a challenge. Luckily, we found a roving security guard to assist us. Then we tried to use the large TV in the comfortable living room. But it required a password for access which was not provided. Called the office on the number provided in red, and left a message with Marie. No response. Waited patiently till Sunday, and then called again. No response. Finally on Monday, rabbit ears were provided . Directions or access info for the pool and hot tub were not provided also. Therefore, we did not have access to to that until Monday in spite of trying over the weekend. We call security, but they did not help or respond also.
Their welcome binder which is provided in the unit if full of rules, but sadly no helpful information.
Also, cleaning fees are outrageous for a two bedroom unit. Very limited kitchen items and no hair dryer provided."

"Crusing the coast trip
New property to RCI. Condo was very clean, newly remodeled. Because it was a newly rented property the gas was not turned on Host really worked with us to get this little inconvenience corrected. We were very satisfied property is centered located on the Miss gulf coast. would recommend to all for a good clean and safe place to vacation or stay for an event on the Miss. gulf Coast."
