Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued.
We strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to travel plans.

Outside pools were nice and very clean. 1 indoor pool was being painted and the other was a lukewarm hot tub. Maintenance on inside room was adequate. There were loose floor boards at the master bedroom door that needed to be secure. The check in staff needs to explain the door code systems to amenities, etc. Just a few trivial things need tweeked. Not a big deal, but something that can easily be done by cleaners. Shame we couldn't use the Library/Pool table, we're used to be able to use entire facility with RCI normally. Indoor Pool has rather loud ventilation, which isn't so relaxing. Balcony is very noisy due to traffic (racers/motorbikes), so eating a nice lunch with conversation was a struggle. Security at the gate was very helpful and friendly (Becky), that was a nice welcome. Perhaps can provide a few more laundry pods and dishwasher pods? Everything else was great. Only issues we had with the unit was you could close master bedroom door unless someone was inside for you couldn’t open it from living room. We had luckily left the patio door unlocked and was able to get in that way when we got locked out. Unit only had 2 coffee mugs that we could find. When we arrived entry gate didn’t have an envelope for us so we didn’t receive any information. Was told by the gentlemen that was letting us in that red bands should be in room and there was none so we had to go back to gate and next shift lady gave us our bands needed. So on check out day we just left for wasn’t sure how to check out. Not a problem with condo but wasn’t sure who to report this issue to: we have three children and found a couple of used syringes in beach in front of our condo so we didn’t use beach in Gulfport we drove to other beaches." We had 7 towels but only 4 wash clothes We had to wash dishes before they could be used and had no dish cloth (used paper towels).There was a lack of closet space and hangers for clothes for 3 women.There was a lot of confusion before our arrival. The messages we received from Done Deal stated that we need to pay money before literature would be sent to us. This was thought to be a scam due to calling RCI and being told by RCI that we owed no money.When we arrived the first person we spoke with from Done Deal(? Marsha or Maria) was slightly rude and informed us that everyone had left for the day ( check in was at 4 pm and it was appox 4:30 pm) and after being disconnected the next person (Susan) was very helpful and understanding. We have vacationed at many place with RCI and have never had such a confusing check in. Done Deal and RCI need to get on the same page. When receiving messages from a company(Done Deal) that you have not booked anything with and being asked for money says SCAM all over it." The unit was not clean upon arrival to include stain dining chairs, stain carpet, dirty/ spider webs headboard, dirty toilet and dirty plastic shower curtain. Property management sent two strange people to the unit because they were not in uniform nor did they present IDs. The first woman came to check for herself the pictures I had already sent to management regarding unclean areas and damage. Since no adult was home at the time she was not allowed in. The second person was a man claiming he had to change the air filter so I allowed him in but when he left he locked the door with a code so I felt very uncomfortable about that. We were lucky that Cruising the Coast was in its final weekend when we checked in. Antique cars everywhere. After Sunday, the area quietened considerably. The condo is well furnished. It should sleep 6 comfortably, but has places for 8. The condo was clean. Everything that you could want is there, except an electric can opener.
