Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued.
We strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to travel plans.

Nice sized condo(2b/2b) large master bath. Balcony was nice size with ample furniture. Second floor view of gulf was through trees. Would have preferred a higher floor. Disappointed in check in process. Showed up at gate and called manager for codes, etc. We never received an email regarding checking procedure, codes, parking, etc. Email was sent after arrival. Notified management company regarding kitchen pots and pans and filthy burnt pizza pan upon arrival. These items were unusable and never replaced during our one week stay. This was unacceptable as we were unable to cook. We've worked with other rental management agencies and they've addressed issues typically the next day. Wood plank flooring in kitchen had large gaps and could be a safety issue."
