Pet fees: Charged per pet and include an additional cleaning fee, based on stay length: $100 + $50 (up to 7 days), $200 + $75 (8–29 days), $300 + $100 (30+ days)
Boat and trailer parking is not permitted within the complex and must remain street-side

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.
