CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

We were very pleased with the roomy comfortable condo. It had everything we needed, very clean and nicely decorated. Enjoyed having the pool so close to the unit and the walk to the beach was short. I would recommend it to friends and family. In fact we liked the Villlage By The Beach so much we are returning next January."

EVERYTHING WAS AS DESCRIBED. NO PROBLEMS. CHILDREN LOVED IT. IT WAS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY. The Village at the Beach was clean, convienent, and relaxing. Excellent. Loved the space and the no-hassle check in/out system. I booked my stay there through a third party (well recognized hotel chain) vendor instead of Padre Escapes and later learned I paid more than I could have if I booked directly with Padre, but I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids loved, loved, LOVED the
kiddie pool! I highly recommend booking a vacation here through Padre Escapes! "
