Enjoy your stay at this modern coastal themed, two-story townhome with amazing views of the Nature Preserve from the front balcony. This home is equipped with an elevator for those physically impaired. (*Please contact management ahead of time to have it unlocked and activated for use*) The ground-level, side entry door opens up to a foyer with tall ceilings. This floor contains a bedroom in a tropical theme (BR1) with two Queen beds, a closet, a chest and a wall-mounted TV. The en-suite bathroom consists of a vanity and a tiled tub/shower. Take advantage of the private access to the back patio and deck from this room as well. This space offers a fenced area with a picnic table under the covered porch and a table with an umbrella on the deck. You can cook up the daily catch, burgers or hot dogs on the charcoal grill. A spiral staircase leads up to the balcony above where you have Pool Views. Back inside, venture up to the second floor to the central part of the home where you are met with bright colors and marine life decor carried throughout the house. The open living area is comprised of a large sectional, accent chair and a wall-mounted TV with cable, perfect for gathering and watching movies. Make your way through the sliding glass door, out to the covered back balcony to relax and take in the island breeze, a great spot for your morning coffee. The kitchen is supplied with everything needed to prepare meals such as spacious granite prepping surfaces, stainless steel appliances, pantry, regular coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Sit down for dinner at the dining table with seating for four and additional seating of four stools at the breakfast bar. For your convenience, there is the use of a full-size washer and dryer, just off of the kitchen. The second bedroom (BR2) holds a King bed, nightstand, closet and wall-mounted TV. The guest bathroom across the hall includes a vanity and tiled shower. Kids will love the large bunk room (BR3), located at the end of the hall. It is made up of two Twin over Twin bunk beds, a chest, wall-mounted TV, plenty of room for playing and an en-suite bathroom. It includes two vanities and a large tile/pebble shower with a bench and glass door. The private door to the front balcony reveals an area that is great for viewing the nearby Nature Preserve or witnessing our beautiful Port A sunsets.
