Golfmaster B1 is a delightfully spacious and unique three bedroom, three bathroom villa within the gated community of Shipyard on Hilton Head's famous South end. This property was the former "Model" when this section of Golf Master was constructed and offers a peaceful lagoon view. The Primary bedroom has a Queen bed and large en suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub as well as a walk in shower. Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed and Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. The guest bathrooms each have tub/shower combos. The Kitchen is brightly lit and quite spacious as well. Golfmaster offers an on site swimming pool plus tennis and pickle ball courts. The Shipyard Golf Course is also located within this gated community and has a unique combination of 9, 18, or 27 holes available for play. Just beyond the Shipyard gate on Pope Avenue, vacationers can find a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages at Coligny Plaza in the Forest Beach area. Also on Pope Avenue is Low Country Celebration Park which has a playground for small children as well as a large open area for relaxing or games. The Park also hosts a number of festivals and concerts throughout the year sponsored by the Town of Hilton Head through the Hilton Head Island Recreation Center.
