| Description |
More Fun for you! New Listing! Fans of Purple Parrot often say it has the best pool in Perdido Key. Gated for privacy, this picturesque beach village resort offers premium amenities and a relaxed coastal atmosphere for guests of all ages.
Kids and adults alike love the large lagoon style outdoor pool, hot tub, heated indoor pool and soaking spa, sauna, fitness room, beach volleyball sand courts, snack bar, and poolside Tiki Bar. Relaxing on the screened front porches is a favorite pastime, so prepare to slow down, unwind, and enjoy island time. This resort was designed to offer as much vacation enjoyment as possible.
Purple Parrot Resort is centrally located just as you come over the Theo Baars Bridge and is only 3 to 5 minutes from the gorgeous white sand and blue water beaches of Perdido Key. The island is less developed and offers a more natural coastal setting, with miles of protected beaches and park lands. The Perdido area is home to Gulf Islands National Seashore Park, Perdido Key State Park, Big Lagoon State Park, and Tarkiln Bayou State Park. The area also offers a waterfront playground and park, along with an accessible Kid's Park.
The local waterways are gorgeous and considered a boaters paradise, with access to both the Gulf and the Intracoastal Waterway. Perdido Key Resort Management wants guests to experience Perdido Key from the water, so we offer complimentary deep sea fishing, a dolphin cruise, and a sunset cruise through our exclusive Perdido Keys To Fun Program via the Xplorie App. We also offer complimentary golf at Lost Key Golf Course or OWA Amusement Park tickets for guests who prefer adventures on land.
This attractive 2 story coastal cottage offers 3 bedrooms and plenty of space to stretch out and relax. It backs up to a natural greenspace in a more private area of the resort. A grassy courtyard out front provides space for grilling and enjoying time outdoors.
Tasteful furnishings create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, while a sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping space for kids or teens. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a convenient half bath for the downstairs living area. Each bedroom features a comfy Queen sized bed for a great night's sleep. The primary bedroom also offers an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower.
This well maintained unit features an updated, modern kitchen with crisp white cabinets, new granite countertops, and new appliances for a fresh and inviting appeal. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals when you want to dine in. When you are ready to explore, there are plenty of popular restaurants to enjoy throughout Perdido Key, with even more dining, shopping, and attractions available in nearby Downtown Pensacola and Orange Beach.
Book this gem early to ensure you get your most desired dates. This new 3 bedroom listing is sure to be popular with Purple Parrot fans!
