PLEASE BE ADVISED THE COLONY REEF CLUB PROPERTY WILL BE UNDER CONSTRUCTION FROM OCT 2025 – MAY 2026. BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE MESSAGE OR CALL THE OFFICE FOR MORE DETAILS. ALL AMENITIES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE RACQUETBALL COURT WILL BE OPEN DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.
This 3rd floor condo has a wonderful view of the ocean, courtyard, and pool. The living room is spacious and has plenty of seating and the dining room table comfortably seats six, making this condo ideal for families of all sizes. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washer and dryer and a drip coffee pot. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a private en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds as does the smaller third bedroom also known as the “Crow’s Nest.”
All the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Any cancellations made 30 days or less, prior to the first day of the rental period shall forfeit the full prepayment deposit, and the full rental amount, and all fees and taxes. Any cancellations must be made in writing and received by Colony Reef Club either by mail or fax by the dates specified above.

"Great Location - nicely appointed unit!
Colony Reef Club is a great facility and this particular condo was so nicely decorated and comfortable. It was according to the pictures we had seen, other than no dining table on the porch with chairs, only 2 sitting chairs and a small table. All the other furniture inside was nice and the reclining sofa was amazing! The kitchen was very nice and the appliances worked well. Also, it was great to have a Keurig along with a regular coffee maker. The lighting over the mirror in both bathrooms was amazing - great for seeing!! The showers were also quite nice. It did look like the Crows Nest room needs a new lighting fixture - it was a bare bulb arrangement.
The office staff and maintenance staff at Colony Reef Club are always great to work with!! "

Really like the view of the pool n grounds n of course,the ocean. The property is always well maintained. The office is informative n friendly.
Recommended to friends n they came this year n put in to come next year. Loved the indoor pool n water aerobics.

We’ve had an excellent stay at Colony Reef Club. Beautiful beaches, the complex is well cared for. Staff is very helpful. Good location. Great area for walking the beach and local trails, bike paths available. Lots of golf courses available within a half hours drive. Many historical sites for sightseeing. Lots of great restaurants in the area."
