The kitchen is a gourmet's delight, equipped with all stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, and an island with chairs. Meals can be enjoyed at the 6-seat farmhouse dining table , and the kitchen also includes a walk-in pantry and a Ninja coffee/espresso maker.

The main-level Master Bedroom offers a King size bed and a TV, along with direct sliding door access to the screened-in patio. The luxurious on-suite spa includes a soaking tub and a Moen smart shower. This remote-controlled shower is able to set your desired temperature and offers rain, handheld, regular, and tub spout functions. The suite is completed with a double vanity , remote-controlled lights , and a walk-in closet. Upstairs, Bedrooms 2 and 3 both feature Queen size beds and TVs , sharing a large 2nd-floor bathroom with a double vanity and a shower/tub combo. The 2nd level also boasts a unique, beautiful handcrafted bar area with a sliding door that opens to the outdoor top deck.

Step outside to enjoy the expansive exterior, which includes the largest backyard on the water on the street. For the active guests, one side of the garage is a full gym, complete with a complete weight bench, dumbbells (5lbs - 80lbs), a heavy bag, a treadmill, and mirrors.
