Cancellation requests made 7 and 14 days before check-in will receive back 50% of amount paid.
Cancellation requests under 7-days will forfeit all monies paid. Exceptions: If Innkeeper is about to rebook the Property for the same Rental Period, a full refund will be issued less a ten percent (10%) processing fee to be used by Innkeeper for administrative and marketing cost with the cancellation.
