Accessible from both the kitchen and living areas, the second-floor balcony is ideal for outdoor living. Overlooking the pool and ocean, it features a grill, picnic-style table with bench seating, and loungers for soaking in the views. Guests will also enjoy the retractable deck awning off the kitchen, allowing for shaded meals on the upper back deck.
On the first floor, you're welcomed into a bright, shiplap-lined living room with warm wood floors and abundant natural light. Comfortable seating surrounds a woven coffee table, and a built-in wet bar makes entertaining a breeze.
Just beyond the main living area is a secondary lounge with a sectional and TV, perfect for movie nights, games, or simply relaxing with a book.
Off the main hallway, the third bedroom features soft neutral tones, textured wallpaper, and a canopy bed. French doors open to a private balcony with palm and ocean views. The ensuite bath includes a tub, a walk-in shower, and double vanities.
The fourth bedroom features soft green chevron wallpaper and a king bed, while the fifth bedroom is a bunk room with twin over full built ins, reading lights, and red and cream wallpaper. They share a bright Jack and Jill bathroom with dual sinks, a glass shower, and red hardware accents.
Step outside to the first-floor balcony, accessible from both Bedroom three and the first-floor living area. This serene space includes lounge chairs and benches with views over the pool and out to the ocean, perfect for morning coffee or a sunset wind-down.
The backyard is an oasis of effortless luxury. Enjoy the heated saltwater pool an outdoor ping-pong table, and an outdoor shower. Then take the private 6-foot-wide boardwalk for a short stroll directly to the beach, coastal living at its finest.

Villas: • Before 31 days of arrival date we will refund the initial payment after the forfeiture of the booking processing fee plus tax and the Credit Card fee plus tax if applicable. • Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable • The Booking Processing Fee plus tax and Credit Card fee plus tax are non-refundable.
Homes: • Before 61 days of arrival date we will refund the initial payment after the forfeiture of the booking processing fee plus tax and the Credit Card fee plus tax if applicable. • Between 60 and 31 days prior forfeiture of 50% of the total booking charges. • Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable • The Booking Processing Fee plus tax and Credit Card fee plus tax are non-refundable.
Long Stay Reservations – reservations for 28 days or more. • Before 91 Days of arrival date we will refund the initial payment after the forfeiture of the booking processing fee plus tax and the Credit Card fee plus tax if applicable. • Inside 60 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable • The Booking Processing Fee plus tax and Credit Card fee plus tax are non-refundable.
Trip Preservation –We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions. The travel insurance agreement is between Guest and the Policy Provider. Island Time Hilton Head is not the policy provider, Rental Guardian Insurance Services is the holder. • If selected, the travel insurance premium is charged at the time of selection and is nonrefundable.
Early Departures and No Shows - No refunds for early departures or no-shows. If you have purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions.
Storms - There are no refunds given for cancelation or interruption of your stay due to an event of inclement weather including: a tropical storm, tropical depression, hurricane, or named storm, and all payments will be forfeited. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement is between you and the insurance company and will be subject to the policy terms and conditions.
Cancellation Refund Schedule –The Cancellation Policy is binding at the time of booking; as outlined in Reservation Confirmation, failure to complete the rental agreement does not exclude Guest from responsibilities of the Cancellation Policy.

"Filthy and dilapidated house
I was appalled at the uncleanliness and hazards of this house. I came to Hilton Head to enjoy the Labor Day week with my family and spent a pretty penny renting this house which turned out to be a nightmare. We walked into a pig sty with old food in the oven, wet sheets on the bed, plates bowls and utensils with food and god knows what stuck to them. Metal springs were poking out of the couch. The outdoor deck was falling apart and did not looks like it was up to code. I was very concerned about the safety of my children on that deck. Pool and hot tub were not cleaned when we arrived. All in all this property was deplorable and should never have been rented out in that condition especially for the money we paid."

The condition of this property was misrepresented by the prior owner; upon arrival, it was unclean, unsafe, grill did not work, & the landscaping was overgrown. I prepared & sent a comprehensive list of over 20 items that needed attention. Whatever inspection that Island Time (IT) did, was insufficient. I brought my family of 10 to this property, & I was extremely dissatisfied by the failure of IT to thoroughly inspect, clean & prepare this property. The 10% discount on the rent did not satisfy me. I too am a landlord; the "discount" authorized by the new owner was a mere "pittance" for the magnitude of the safety issues alone."
