This breath-taking 4th-row home is one of a kind and has everything you need and more for your next Hilton Head vacation. The great room is spacious and is sure to keep guests feeling right at home with its stylish but cozy furnishings! Soaring ceilings and huge windows allow plenty of natural sunlight to shine through the huge room, creating a light and airy environment everyone will enjoy.Plenty of plush seating surrounds the flatscreen TV and sound system, making for a perfect movie night and time well spent. Enjoy your favorite drink from the bar, which is complete with an ice cooler!
The kitchen is completely updated with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and stocked with everything you need and more to make cooking and preparing meals a breeze! Plenty of space makes it easy for guests to cook simultaneously with room to spare. The dining table can seat 8 people, and there are 2 bar stools at the kitchen island. There is also a breakfast nook in the living room with additional seating for eight!
The first-floor master suite is entered through the study, which features a work desk, couch, and powder room. Through this room sits the huge suite, consisting of a king-sized bed, comfortable seating, and a large flatscreen TV. This bedroom has direct access to the pool and deck through its sliding doors. The ensuite bathroom is very spacious and features two separate vanities, a large walk-in shower and spa tub, and a walk-in closet with plenty of storage. On the mezzanine level, you will find the second bedroom, which features a king-sized bed, a couch, a flatscreen TV, a large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. The bathroom has a double vanity and a shower/tub.
On the second floor, you will find the other bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom features a king-sized bed, flatscreen TV, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. The bathroom has a single vanity and a walk-in shower. The 4th bedroom has a king-sized bed, seating, a flat-screen TV, 2 walk-in closets, and a private bathroom. The bathroom has a single vanity along with a shower or tub. The 5th bedroom is sure to be the kids’ favorite! Featuring 2 queen-sized beds along with 4 twin beds on a higher level, this room can sleep up to 8. Guests can enjoy the large flatscreen TV, and there are plenty of charging stations in here for all! This bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom that is complete with a large walk-in shower.
Outside, fun in the sun awaits you! Guests can enjoy summer days in the private pool, surrounded by bamboo and other lush greenery. There is plenty of seating in the private screened-in porch, as well as an outdoor dining set and pool loungers on the deck. The white sandy beaches are only steps down the beach path whenever you’re ready!

Villas: • Before 31 days of arrival date we will refund the initial payment after the forfeiture of the booking processing fee plus tax and the Credit Card fee plus tax if applicable. • Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable • The Booking Processing Fee plus tax and Credit Card fee plus tax are non-refundable.
Homes: • Before 61 days of arrival date we will refund the initial payment after the forfeiture of the booking processing fee plus tax and the Credit Card fee plus tax if applicable. • Between 60 and 31 days prior forfeiture of 50% of the total booking charges. • Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable • The Booking Processing Fee plus tax and Credit Card fee plus tax are non-refundable.
Long Stay Reservations – reservations for 28 days or more. • Before 91 Days of arrival date we will refund the initial payment after the forfeiture of the booking processing fee plus tax and the Credit Card fee plus tax if applicable. • Inside 60 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable • The Booking Processing Fee plus tax and Credit Card fee plus tax are non-refundable.
Trip Preservation –We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions. The travel insurance agreement is between Guest and the Policy Provider. Island Time Hilton Head is not the policy provider, Rental Guardian Insurance Services is the holder. • If selected, the travel insurance premium is charged at the time of selection and is nonrefundable.
Early Departures and No Shows - No refunds for early departures or no-shows. If you have purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions.
Storms - There are no refunds given for cancelation or interruption of your stay due to an event of inclement weather including: a tropical storm, tropical depression, hurricane, or named storm, and all payments will be forfeited. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement is between you and the insurance company and will be subject to the policy terms and conditions.
Cancellation Refund Schedule –The Cancellation Policy is binding at the time of booking; as outlined in Reservation Confirmation, failure to complete the rental agreement does not exclude Guest from responsibilities of the Cancellation Policy.

"The Perfect Sea Pines House
We could not have asked for a better place for our family to stay in Sea Pines. We needed a house that fit everyone, had a pool, and was a short walk to the beach. This house accomplished all of that and more. The house was incredibly clean, with clean bed sheets and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed, including Tupperware containers for leftovers. The short walk to the beach allowed us to go back and forth with young kids who did not complain once about the walk. The pool was great to come back to after a day at the beach. The screened in porch gave us an amazing spot to enjoy coffee or just hang out and talk while enjoying the nice weather and avoiding the mosquitos. The location allowed for us to enjoy short bike rides to Salty Point, Harbour Town, and the Nature Preserve. We highly recommend this house for your Sean Pines stay and look forward to returning ourselves. "

"Grey Widgeon Stay
6 Grey Widgeon is a well appointed and ideally located home. The location is right off the beach access path and in a quiet section of SP. Home is large and kitchen was well stocked. Furniture was comfortable. Some items are showing wear and tear. Grill needs a good cleaning (for safety) and door to porch needs adjustment. Upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms (shower heads) could use updating for price point. Property management company was exceptional and responsive. "

"Great house!
The house is great, plenty of room for everyone! The bedrooms are spacious, private bathrooms. The living room is perfect, and the kitchen is well appointed. Easy walk to the beach and the screen porch is a very nice feature."

"Awesome Rental Home
Beautiful home, great location, peaceful, well appointed kitchen, just as described and pictured, master bedroom exceeded expectations. Great division of bedrooms to give everyone privacy. We had 6 adults and 5 children and it was perfect for us. Would rent again."

"Unwilling to work with us, no customer service
We rented the home for 33 days and our schedule changed. We had to leave an entire week early, we simply asked for a $500 refund since the change was our fault. They refused to refund any money at all, will not be renting from Island Time again. We come every year and their unwillingness to refund $500 when they charge over $3,000 per week is ridiculous. The house sat empty for a week and they saved $500 in utilities alone."

"Wonderful Beach House Vacation
This beach home was very comfortable for all 3 generations of our family. The pool was a good size and the walk to the beach was 5 minutes away straight out the back door. The beach gear rental allowance was generous enough to have bikes and accessories to enjoy the shaded level bike paths to The Salty Dog and Harbor Town food and shopping areas. "

"Week with friends
We were 7 adults couples, the home was great and the locations close to the beach was excellent,; all the rooms were nice and comfortable just the one with 4 beds, some of the guests weren’t happy to share the same bedroom. The negative side of our experience was that we could not use the pool, they cleaned the last day of our stay. The cheaper coffee maker ( Mr Coffee) doesn’t match the shine kitchen. We stayed 4 days and we just received two trash bags and three dishwasher detergent pods, we used all of them the first day. The instructions for the door access weren’t clear neither where to locate the Wi-Fi password. "

"A little disappointed
Overall the house was fine with a few disappointments. We’ve been coming to HHI for 30 years. This was the most we’ve paid for a house. It was generally clean but there were signs that it gets a very surface cleaning I.e., thick dust on windowsills and lampshades; It also had the cheapest coffee pot; no working vacuum cleaner; broken patio chairs left on the deck and not replaced until midweek; the pool pump was broken and not replaced until Thursday and the pool deck was so hot that it burned your feet. Clearly the owners know this is an issue because they have a retractable awning to cover the deck but they don’t allow guests to use it. The couches that they have for seating on the deck are so hot that you can’t sit on them. The pool area would be the sole reason I would not recommend this house which is unfortunate because it’s a nice house. "

The rental house was beautiful and accommodated the 10 of us easily. Beach access was easy and just a short walk. The Sea Pines area of HHI is gorgeous and well kept. "

"Not maintained and horrible management
The house was not cleaned properly. It seems as though the house was not lived in for quite a while and has not been cleaned prior to our coming. For example, the drinkware had very prominent lip marks on the rims and smudges on the glass itself. We took pictures of the drinkware and thought maybe they did not check them after removing them from the dishwasher, which is highly inappropriate. Another example is the outdoor area where the furniture was very dirty and dusty. The outdoor table and chairs were in very bad condition. It was all the things we could clean up and fix ourselves, but on the third day, we saw around 7-8 black widow spiders around the edge of the pool hanging in the bushes and called the property office to have someone come in and take care of that, which they did. What they failed to do was notify the housekeeping staff that came in to clean after we checked out. On our last day, we saw a black widow spider inside the home, in between the sofa and the armchair. We spent a lot of time during our stay in that same living room (one of us included a 10-year old child who is immunocompromised), and because the management office failed to mention to the housekeeping about the spiders, they were shocked and did not know how to clean the property without appropriate equipment. At this point, we were not very happy with how everything was handled, but we did not want to waste time complaining, so we went on with our plans. Almost 2 days after checking out of the property, three family members noticed red bites on their bodies, and after seeing the doctor were informed that they were in fact BED BUGS. Two of them slept in the same bed and one slept in a different bed in a different room. When I called the management office, they were apologetic and said they take these things very seriously and that they would get back to me after doing their own investigation. Now It has been 6 days, and we have not received any email replies or updates. "

"Beautiful, Relaxing Getaway
My family and I loved this place! Anticipation was building as we drove through the luxurious Sea Pines community, and we were more than excited to explore this beautiful home once we arrived. We greatly appreciated the owners providing the Hospitality app for us, so we were able to enjoy all of the amenities that came along with the house including fast and reliable internet and the speaker system. All of the rooms were supplied with towels and travel sized toiletries just in case you may have forgotten something at home. Sea Pines has many different restaurants and activities for you to do, so there were many days that we didn’t leave the community. However, we explored Savannah —which is only a 45 minute drive away—-and some of us enjoyed the food that surrounded the area including Slapfish and Stacks. The beach was less than a two minute walk away, and there is a nice and convenient side walk that leads straight to the sand. We enjoyed sitting on the spacious deck with our feet in the pool, and we were able to relax and listen to the waves crash onto the beach. Every night we were able to come together as a family and take advantage of the large sitting area where we played games, ate dinner together, and even had a karaoke night. The kitchen was loaded with everything you would need; all we needed to bring was the food and seasonings. The clean up at the end of vacation was super easy, and we were able to check out in a timely manner and head back home. My family and I had many laughs, we bonded and talked about old times, and we made long lasting memories. Thank you for allowing us to come and have a trip we will never forget. We will be back! "

"Great home and location
6 Grey Widgeon was a perfect house for our vacation (six adults and five children under 7). The location was perfect, with very easy beach access. The home is very well equipped and well maintained. Everything was so good, in fact, that the only comment would be that hair dryers could be available in the bathrooms."
