This Palmetto Dunes beach home features 4 bedrooms and is only a short walk to the beach—that is, if you ever want to leave this gem! 15 Sea Lane features a spacious open floor plan and plenty of natural sunlight! Unwind in the living room as you watch TV on the flatscreen or read one of your favorite novels. Plenty of seating ensures families can all be together without feeling crowded. The newly renovated, spacious kitchen has plenty of counter space and is perfect for prepping beach snacks or cooking a meal for the family. The kitchen features 4 bar stools and a table for 4, and the formal dining table can seat up to 8. The Carolina Room offers additional living space where you can unwind with a book. It also has a television located inside. Outside, you have a private porch with a patio table to sit and enjoy nature. The private and heatable pool is just a short trip down the steps and is surrounded by lush landscaping to give you more privacy. If you're lucky enough, you'll witness the beautiful Carolina wildlife right from your backyard! The first bedroom is downstairs and features a comfy king-sized bed. The second bedroom overlooks the pool and has two twin beds, making it perfect for the kids. At the top of the staircase, to the right, you will find the master bedroom, a cozy room that features a king bed and a ceiling fan to keep circulation going on those hot days. The large master bathroom features a vanity as well as a walk-in shower. The huge walk-in closet is perfect for keeping those clothes nice and fresh for a night out on the town. From the staircase to the left, you will find the fourth bedroom, featuring a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. This room has its own ensuite bathroom and has plenty of floor space. 15 Sea Lane is ready for it all! Key Features: • Proximity to the beach: 5-minute walk • The pool can be heated for an additional charge; give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool heating must be scheduled 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last-minute requests made prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated or reaching an optimal temperature. • Pets are not allowed • Palmetto Dunes Amenities Rent price includes: Rental Rate, Hospitality Program, Beach Gear Credit, Booking Processing Fees, and Departure Clean. Villas:
• Before 31 days of arrival date we will refund the initial payment after the forfeiture of the booking processing fee plus tax and the Credit Card fee plus tax if applicable.
• Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
• The Booking Processing Fee plus tax and Credit Card fee plus tax are non-refundable.

Homes:
• Before 61 days of arrival date we will refund the initial payment after the forfeiture of the booking processing fee plus tax and the Credit Card fee plus tax if applicable.
• Between 60 and 31 days prior forfeiture of 50% of the total booking charges.
• Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
• The Booking Processing Fee plus tax and Credit Card fee plus tax are non-refundable.

Long Stay Reservations – reservations for 28 days or more.
• Before 91 Days of arrival date we will refund the initial payment after the forfeiture of the booking processing fee plus tax and the Credit Card fee plus tax if applicable.
• Inside 60 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
• The Booking Processing Fee plus tax and Credit Card fee plus tax are non-refundable.

Trip Preservation –We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions. The travel insurance agreement is between Guest and the Policy Provider. Island Time Hilton Head is not the policy provider, Rental Guardian Insurance Services is the holder.
• If selected, the travel insurance premium is charged at the time of selection and is nonrefundable.

Early Departures and No Shows - No refunds for early departures or no-shows. If you have purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions.

Storms - There are no refunds given for cancelation or interruption of your stay due to an event of inclement weather including: a tropical storm, tropical depression, hurricane, or named storm, and all payments will be forfeited. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement is between you and the insurance company and will be subject to the policy terms and conditions.

Cancellation Refund Schedule –The Cancellation Policy is binding at the time of booking; as outlined in Reservation Confirmation, failure to complete the rental agreement does not exclude Guest from responsibilities of the Cancellation Policy.

It was perfect for all 6 adults and 2 toddlers to use without feeling crowded. The sitting bench in the pool is an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again!" The showers in the upstairs bedrooms are fantastic. They even had an outside shower by the pool which helped to clean off the sand from the beach before getting into the pool. The house was very clean and well furnished. I would suggest a muffin and cake pan for the kitchen. My granddaughters love to make cupcakes and brownies but we didn't have any pans." The property was recently renovated and the renovations were not completed when we arrived. We had several days of contractors in the house to complete the house renovations and repairs. For example — Light bulbs were dead in several fixtures. There was construction trash in the yard. The bathrooms had no towel racks and one bathroom had no mirror over the sink. (It took 5 days for the mirror to be installed.) Several of the interior doors were broken. Fridge filter needed replacement. The dryer was not working properly. The trash was never picked up. Moreover, the mattresses were incredibly uncomfortable and seemed very old. We told the management company about these issues and requested a rebate for a portion of the money expended on our trip. We never received any answer to this request. Finally the bridge that led to beach access from the house was being replaced and could not be used. The walk to the beach was convenient and less than 10 minutes. The pool was very relaxing and a wonderful and beautiful space. We saw deer every day. Perfect view of the golf course. We love HHI and will certainly return, maybe to this home too in the future. The water dispenser from the fridge was not working, but property management is looking into getting it up and running for future guests. And, the outside pool light was not working. Other than that, absolutely wonderful!"
