Villas:
• Before 31 days of arrival date we will refund the initial payment after the forfeiture of the booking processing fee plus tax and the Credit Card fee plus tax if applicable.
• Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
• The Booking Processing Fee plus tax and Credit Card fee plus tax are non-refundable.

Homes:
• Before 61 days of arrival date we will refund the initial payment after the forfeiture of the booking processing fee plus tax and the Credit Card fee plus tax if applicable.
• Between 60 and 31 days prior forfeiture of 50% of the total booking charges.
• Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
• The Booking Processing Fee plus tax and Credit Card fee plus tax are non-refundable.

Long Stay Reservations – reservations for 28 days or more.
• Before 91 Days of arrival date we will refund the initial payment after the forfeiture of the booking processing fee plus tax and the Credit Card fee plus tax if applicable.
• Inside 60 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
• The Booking Processing Fee plus tax and Credit Card fee plus tax are non-refundable.

Trip Preservation –We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions. The travel insurance agreement is between Guest and the Policy Provider. Island Time Hilton Head is not the policy provider, Rental Guardian Insurance Services is the holder.
• If selected, the travel insurance premium is charged at the time of selection and is nonrefundable.

Early Departures and No Shows - No refunds for early departures or no-shows. If you have purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions.

Storms - There are no refunds given for cancelation or interruption of your stay due to an event of inclement weather including: a tropical storm, tropical depression, hurricane, or named storm, and all payments will be forfeited. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement is between you and the insurance company and will be subject to the policy terms and conditions.

Cancellation Refund Schedule –The Cancellation Policy is binding at the time of booking; as outlined in Reservation Confirmation, failure to complete the rental agreement does not exclude Guest from responsibilities of the Cancellation Policy.

May 10, 2023 - Donald M., Greer, SC "28 Corine Lane The house is large enough for several people with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. Most of the rooms were large enough for us. Having stayed in Hilton Head for a few years, in a different house every year, I found this location to be the most convenient, close to grocery stores and other shopping. It is also much closer to the bridge to go into Bluffton for the outlets, off-island golf and Old Town than from, say, Sea Pines, although Sea Pines is a really nice place to stay too. With the tall, narrow houses in this neighborhood, the elevator is great to have, although it was not working when we arrived. So we had to lug the luggage up two flights of stairs. Island Time did have an elevator mechanic come and he got it fixed, so we were able to use it for most of our stay as needed when carrying things up. The island Time people were very responsive to anything we needed. Note that there is no mailbox for the property, so you can't have mail directly sent to the house, it must be addressed to Island Time's office and they will call you when it arrives. Operation of the living room's TV was a little challenging given its audio setup. It didn't always work as directed, but we got it figured out. The house and area were very quiet during January and February, but when March came some of the renters nearby were quite noisy, the houses being only about 6 feet from each other. On a side note, the house we were going to originally rent caught fire the summer before, so Island Time called us at home, told us the situation, and had already lined up this house for us, giving it to us for the same price as the original. Kudos to Brenda Stone for arranging this and everything else she did. Overall we had a good stay, and I would do business with them again." It was spacious and the bathroom setup was great with 3/5 bedrooms having their own private access and then rooms 4 and 5 with a shared bathroom which was great for the kids. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of pillows, extra sheets, comforters etc. The kitchen was well prepared with sufficient pots/pans, plates, cups, utensils etc etc. The pool was small but nice to have and the outdoor setup in that space was nice as well. The outdoor shower had nice warm water which was great after the beach. Living room was comfortable as well. The shuttle service directly from the house to the beach was excellent! The only negative is that I thought the cleaning could be a little better in the showers and there was lots of dust on the bedroom furniture which we took care of. Also, the pool was pretty cold for it being summer but I think that’s because the outside area is nicely shaded - just sharing as some May want to consider heating it even in the summer.
