Villas:
• Before 31 days of arrival date we will refund the initial payment after the forfeiture of the booking processing fee plus tax and the Credit Card fee plus tax if applicable.
• Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
• The Booking Processing Fee plus tax and Credit Card fee plus tax are non-refundable.

Homes:
• Before 61 days of arrival date we will refund the initial payment after the forfeiture of the booking processing fee plus tax and the Credit Card fee plus tax if applicable.
• Between 60 and 31 days prior forfeiture of 50% of the total booking charges.
• Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
• The Booking Processing Fee plus tax and Credit Card fee plus tax are non-refundable.

Long Stay Reservations – reservations for 28 days or more.
• Before 91 Days of arrival date we will refund the initial payment after the forfeiture of the booking processing fee plus tax and the Credit Card fee plus tax if applicable.
• Inside 60 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
• The Booking Processing Fee plus tax and Credit Card fee plus tax are non-refundable.

Trip Preservation –We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions. The travel insurance agreement is between Guest and the Policy Provider. Island Time Hilton Head is not the policy provider, Rental Guardian Insurance Services is the holder.
• If selected, the travel insurance premium is charged at the time of selection and is nonrefundable.

Early Departures and No Shows - No refunds for early departures or no-shows. If you have purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions.

Storms - There are no refunds given for cancelation or interruption of your stay due to an event of inclement weather including: a tropical storm, tropical depression, hurricane, or named storm, and all payments will be forfeited. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement is between you and the insurance company and will be subject to the policy terms and conditions.

Cancellation Refund Schedule –The Cancellation Policy is binding at the time of booking; as outlined in Reservation Confirmation, failure to complete the rental agreement does not exclude Guest from responsibilities of the Cancellation Policy.

There were some doors missing locks on the bathrooms, and the master bedroom would not shut all the way. The next day we realized the shades in the master bedroom are see-through from the outside. Island Time quickly resolved all the issues, came and hung curtains that gave us privacy, etc.. Loved our stay!" We found that it isn't cleaned well so we didn't use it very often. We have older kids who loved spending more time at the beach so it wasn't a problem for us. The house was amazing. The starter pack of essentials was extremely helpful. The rooms are spacious, the rental is decorated beautifully and there was plenty of room for our family of six adults. We rented bikes and kept them right outside our unit. The bonus to this unit is even though it is technically connected to the complex, it is virtually a stand alone unit since it is on the end. Everything worked perfectly in the unit and there were plenty of kitchenware to meet our needs. The unit is a quick 5-8 minute bike ride from the beach, which was perfect for us. We had no issues getting to the beach and loved that we could park the car use the bikes. I highly recommend this rental to others. Upon our arrival on a Saturday, we were met with the rental company maintanence staff. We were told the refrigerator was not working properly and the applicance company would be out on Monday. We had items that needed to be kept cold so reached out to the rental company for assistance (they did not offer) and we're given a compact refrig. Monday came, and we were told parts needed to be ordered which didn't arrive until Friday. Again, we had to reach out to rental company and say the small refrig was not adequate for our needs. A larger old refrig was dropped off. Repair to the unit's refrig was completed the following Monday. We were told that it would 36 hrs. to cool to proper temp (which it did take that long)! Contacted the rental co. to remove the two loaner refrigerators on Wednesday. Never happened. Thursday morning (when out for breakfast and our dog was in unit alone, but in a crate) they removed the two refrigators. We had communicated to them several times that we didn't want anyone to come in the unit when the dog was there alone. Poor communication on their part. That being said, to have had to deal with this issue for 12 days out of a 14 day stay was inconvenient and took away from enjoying our stay. We have been visiting Hilton Head for over 40 years, fortunately this has never happened before!"
