Between 46 to 59 days prior to arrival we will refund 75% of initial payment

One item that needs attention is the house water pressure. It is very low and almost non-existent in the downstairs bath. The outside landscape was not taken care of but once in our 3 month stay and needed more attention. This home is right out of a magazine from the beautiful decor, the well thought out use of space, the comfy beds and linens, the many places for people to retreat for personal space or siestas, and THE AMAZING GAME ROOM! All of these details set this home apart from others, not to mention it was spotless and had all of the basic essentials to save a little $$ (laundry detergent, shampoo, dish detergent, sponges, cleaning supplies) These details made the vacation an ease and saved us from making multiple trips to the grocery store. The bunk bed room is perfect for kids to spend time together, had thought out power strips for the many devices kids rely today, and a super fun trundle bed with stuffed animals to boot! The pictures do not do this home justice, there is plenty of space, great areas for gathering as a family, open floor plan kitchen/dining which made meals much more fun. Location was ideal for us. Not too busy with tourists attractions but easy to get anywhere. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping all just minutes away. We love Folly Field and the beach amenities offered at this access. You can easily walk, run, or ride a bike to the beach from the home, or drive if you have a ton of beach gear like us. This is for sure our new home in Hilton Head, we will be back asap! One more thing! The owners were attentive and great at checking in to make sure our stay was going smoothly and that nothing needed attention at the house. We are so very grateful!
