As you enter the villa, you are welcomed by a spacious great room featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area featuring plenty of comfortable seating for all. The fully equipped kitchen is recently renovated with new cabinets, countertops, lighting, and appliances to accommodate all of your cooking needs. It is perfect for making meals any time of the day or just for preparing snacks for a busy day of activities. The formal dining table provides seating for eight, plus four bar stools at the breakfast bar for extra seats. Right off the kitchen and entryway is a full washer and dryer to take care of all your vacation laundry. The living area provides space for the entire family to spread out and relax comfortably while watching their favorite shows or movies on the flatscreen TV. This area also offers extra sleeping with a queen-size sleeper sofa. There is a game table complete with a checkerboard to enjoy those classic game nights! Enjoy your early mornings or late evenings on the large screened-in porch. Listening to the birds chirp and the ocean waves in the distance will aid in casting away all the worries and stresses of everyday life. The large porch features a table with seating for four, two rocking chairs, and two Adirondack chairs. Off the entry, you will find a two-piece powder room just outside the luxurious primary bedroom. This bedroom features a cozy king-size mattress and a flat-screen TV. Just off this bedroom, you will find a private balcony with seating for two. This is the perfect space to enjoy a nice cup of coffee before conquering the day ahead. The en-suite bathroom off the primary bedroom features a large walk-in closet with enough space to store all of your favorite outfits, new cabinetry double vanities with enough space to spread out as you get ready for a world-class dinner, a tub, and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom features two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and access to the screened porch off the back of the villa. Before 45 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 31 to 44 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
The reservation fee is nonrefundable.

Before 60 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 46 to 59 days prior to arrival we will refund 75% of initial payment
Between 31 to 45 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment

Visitor Reviews (23) Write a Review! "Wendover Dunes We've stayed in this same unit for 4 years. The propeety is beautiful, there is a lovely pool, and a very short walk to the beach. We did have a few things happen this year that we've never experienced. For the first time, we had bugs in the kitchen.They looked like enormous ants with wings. Also,check out tine is 10am. The cleaning crew came at 8am and unloaded all of their towels,vacuum,cleaning supplies right at the front door.Then the stood outside and waited at the bottom of the steps. It felt rushed ha ing people stand there 2 hours early waiting. We were out before the 10am check out. We have stayed at Wendover Dunes a total of 6 tines, 3 or 4 in this unit. We've never had bugs or been rushed out at the end before. I think these were one offs but something to consider. Kitchen is well equipped and very spacious and beautiful. Master suite was wonderful with a small balcony. Large en suite bathroom with a double sink, shower, tub, toilet room and a large walk in closet with plenty of hangers. Our son and his family joined us for the second half of our vacation and their room was off of the family room separated by a door into a foyer of sort, one side was the bedroom with two queen beds and large walk in closet, on the other side of the foyer was a very spacious en suite bathroom with a double sink, shower, tub, and toilet room. There are games, cards and a checkers table. Our grandchildren enjoyed the full back porch and the warm swimming pool and of course the beautiful beach. They have four beach chairs and some beach towels. Don't hesitate on this rental, you won't be disappointed! Everything is as pictured. Five stars to Island Time, which is a great rental company! We had a very relaxing week at our favorite beach. The location of the condo to the beach and pool was great and an easy walk. The condo provided comfortable space for the five of us. It it well decorated and maintained. Very serene space! We will be back to Wendover Dunes and hopefully the same condo. The one thing that we didn't like when working with Island Time is the mandatory charge for VayK Gear....this should be optional. We have everything that we could rent from them and we bring it with us. Then if you don't use the complete "credit" you can't apply the "credit" to the delivery fee. We feel that this should be something that you can opt into if you would like. We understand the convenience of the services VayK provides for those traveling far or without much space in their vehicles.
