Bedroom 4 also features an X-Box Series S. Bedroom 5 has a king bed. Bedroom 6 has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Heading outside, you are met with an expansive private pool area with an outdoor kitchen and plenty of seating to soak up the rays. As if this home couldn't get any better, you have a game room in the garage that has air hockey, a ping pong table, a giant Jenga, and a giant Tic-Tac-Toe. With its elegant design, modern amenities, and proximity to the beach, it offers a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation for those seeking a seaside retreat. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions. The travel insurance agreement is between Guest and the Policy Provider. Island Time Hilton Head is not the policy provider, Red Sky Travel Insurance Services is the holder.

Before 45 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 31 to 44 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
The reservation fee is nonrefundable.

Before 60 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 46 to 59 days prior to arrival we will refund 75% of initial payment
Between 31 to 45 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment

The house has an incredible location right by the beach and only neighbors on two sides. Great number of bathrooms for the amount of guests, and plenty of dish ware for large groups. Management was very communicative and provide a personalized FAQ site. Use the concierge, they provided amazing recommendations for personal chefs and an in-home spa day. As a heads-up, "heated pool" means use of the hot tub, which we didn't realize, but otherwise the pool was a Dream. The whole trip was amazing!"
