Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by (Property Management). This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa has amazing views of the ocean. The large balcony has a table, chairs, and sun loungers to soak up the view. The balcony can be accessed through the living room sliding doors and one of the bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and tub. Located off of the living room, the second bedroom has 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, and its own bathroom. The kitchen is complete with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a full-size washer and dryer. There is plenty of room to eat, gather, and relax with the dining room table seating 6 and 3 high stool bars at the breakfast bar. The dining room flows right into the living room, with plenty of seating. *Please be advised that Hampton Place will undergo exterior painting and window replacement from September 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. While the exact schedule for each building is not yet available, updates will be provided as timelines are finalized. Guests may experience some construction-related noise or activity during this time. Before 45 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 31 to 44 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
The reservation fee is nonrefundable.

• Homes
Before 60 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 46 to 59 days prior to arrival we will refund 75% of initial payment
Between 31 to 45 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
The reservation fee is nonrefundable.

• Storms - There are no refunds in the event of a tropical storm, tropical depression, hurricane, or named storm, and all payments will be forfeited.
