The full kitchen has full-size appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and both drip and K Cup coffee options, with a dining table ready for family meals or game night. Rest well in a primary bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed beside the hallway bath, and a living room with a queen sleeper sofa for added flexibility and incredible views of the marsh. Enjoy fast Wi Fi, smart TVs, central air, and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. Guests have full use of the condo, balcony, and pool, plus free parking for two vehicles and simple self-check-in with keyless entry. This is a quiet community with quiet hours, and we ask that you please no smoking and no parties. Your Marshfront Escape puts the best of Garden City right outside your door. Your stay will include a starter set of linens and supplies: - 8 bath towels - 4 long-hand towels - 6 wash clothes - 1 kitchen hand towel - 1 kitchen washcloth - 2 soap bars per bathroom - 1 dishwasher detergent - 1 paper towel - 1 toilet paper per bathroom - 1 trash bag per trash can A departure clean is included in your stay. Only 2 vehicles are permitted and must have parking pass displayed at all times. Towing is strictly enforced. Please note that this condo is waterfront on the marsh, so the surrounding area may experience flooding during heavy rain or high tides. Your safety matters to us, so please watch for SCDOT signs nearby, which provide current notices, detours, and helpful guidance. The pool area opens April 1 and closes November 1. The rental agreement must be signed within 3 days of booking for a seamless check-in process. Minimum Age 23. 5 Person Max occupancy. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: All cancellations of a Confirmed reservation are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your check-in date, any advance deposit will be refunded less the $75 cancellation fee. No refund of any advanced payments will be given if a cancellation occurs within 30 days of check-in date and unit is not re-rented. Please note: If for any reason the rental property you have reserved becomes unavailable, Myrtle Beach Management (MBM) shall be held harmless by Guests and will provide comparable accommodations at the original rate whenever possible.


A request to change reservations to a different property will be treated as a cancellation and therefore subject to this cancellation policy. NO refund of advance payment(s) will be given in the event of a "no-show."  In addition, if final payment is not received by 30 days prior to check-in, then Myrtle Beach Management (MBM) may cancel the reservation.  In such event, any advance payment(s) will not be refunded.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO HURRICANES, CANCELLED FLIGHTS, MANDATORY EVACUATIONS OR OTHER UNFORESEEN EVENTS.
