A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo based upon availability. This community has two on-site pools plus an easy 5 to 7 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market, Pope Avenue and the new Lowcountry Celebration Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. King in the primary bedroom along with 2 twins in the guest bedroom.

Overall a good stay for 2 mos. Well stocked. LR furniture a little worn and uncomfortable. Everything else was fine. Generally worked for disability. Thanks."

"Not a rentable unit
Rental experience was one we do not wish to repeat. We do not live in filth and this is how we would describe this unit. Carpets need to go, blinds were broken need to be cleaned, windows were dirty, bifold doors had an inch of dust on them, vacuum didn't really work, lampshades had a film of didn't end. The place is not updated except for the kitchen. Orkin came in because we had palmetto bugs & they said it was because the owner didn't listen to them by putting steel wool around the pipes under the sink and bathrooms. You can hear absolutely everything from the Air bnb upstairs rental unit. We loved Hilton Head but had a bad experience staying in this rental unit. "
