In the event of modifications, cancellations, or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period Expiration, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges. Any claims for refunds for modifications, cancellations, or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period Expiration must be sought solely through the vacation travel insurance policy offered by 30A Luxury Vacations, if such plan was purchased. If you chose to decline the vacation travel insurance plan, no refunds will be provided for modifications, cancellations, or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period Expiration, and you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

We love the "Love Shack"~ my hubby and I spent a lot of time searching for a special place along the most amazing beaches of 30a and when we discovered this gem - It checked all our boxes - and more!!!- I think we only left 2 times our whole stay! To be able to walk to and from the beach with such ease and while inside - could see and hear the ocean - that's what paradise dreams are made of! The Hosts were wonderful and super quick to respond when we reached out with a question! We especially loved the high end touches of a luxury boutique hotel- all wrapped up in a beach side bungalow on stilts ...along side this quieter pocket of beach~ Yet so close to all that 30a offers! Honestly, this is our new favorite spot for when we want to “still ~away”! Can’t wait to return! The beach was beautiful and quiet. The location cannot be beat in terms of being directly oceanfront and in walking distance to Rosemary Beach and it's great shops and restaurants.
