Reservations that are canceled more than 30 days prior to the start of your stay will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total cost of your stay.
No cancellations are allowed 14 days or less prior to your arrival.

"Comfortable unit with a great location
We recently sold our condo in PD and needed a place to stay while we house hunt. This is a good unit for a quick stay. Very comfortable. Would love to see some upgrades to the kitchen and baths (countertops, toilets are really low to the ground) to update it a bit. Was a little offputting to have to drive to the rental company to pick up our car pass, instead of being able to pick it up at the PD pass office."

"ok - but I'd keep looking
Great location near beach. Comfortable beds. Couch/chairs have a mildewy smell.
Accidently checked in a little early and mgmt was cool about it. There was a mildewy shower curtain and the garbage can smelled horrific, they very quickly fixed both these issues. However, I also complained that several windows were covered in some type of green algea and I couldn't see out them. They said they'd clean them, but never did. Additionally, the condo is on stilts, and while checking in, I noticed a hole in the exterior floor with insulation falling through. The next day it completely fell through with a huge bird skeleton. They immediately cleaned it up. However, for the days following they continuously interrupted my vacation to get their plumber into the unit. It's a pet friendly unit and they wouldn't enter with my golden doodle inside.
Despite the fact there was no water leaking, they called it an emergency. Every day they said they needed to get in, but never set a time. Always "I'll let you know when the plumber confirms". I repeatedly said they should just enter with the dog. It's a golden doodle for heaven's sake. And that this was my vacation and they should schedule their maintenance AFTER check out, but they kept saying it was an emergency. Finally, they said their plumber would be there in the am. No exact time, just "am". I waited until 1pm. No one called. No one showed. I missed a precious vacation day golfing with my family. For absolutely nothing. I told them as much - silence. No apology. No compensation for my inconvenience. Unacceptable. I wish I could upload my pictures. "
