CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS / TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Cancellations: As an initial deposit, we take 50% of the reservation total at the time of your booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 60 days prior to your arrival date.
Should you need to cancel prior to final payment (60+ days prior to arrival date), you will receive a full refund of your initial deposit.
Cancellations made after final payment (within 60 days of arrival date), are not eligible for refund. You are financially responsible for the entire amount of the reservation less cleaning and pet fees. Please consider purchasing travel insurance in order to be eligible for reimbursement of non-refundable prepaid travel expenses.
Refunds: Conditions beyond our control i.e. weather, road conditions, power outage, government mandated travel restrictions, TV outage, phone outage, Wifi outage, Hot tub problems or guest emergencies do not constitute a basis for refunds.

We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin. Very cozy living room with fireplace, extremely well equipped kitchen and hours of quiet sitting and reading on the deck. "

"Beautiful location with a few hiccups
The house was very clean and in a beautiful location. Redwoods and river, breathtaking. The kitchen well appointed with a brand new dishwasher. We had a hiccup with the door code; it had been changed and not updated in the guest information. The management was able to give us a code in a timely manner. Generally, the management was very responsive. We did have an issue with excessive noise the first full day of our stay; electric blowers were going all day near the cabin, and we could not get away from the sound, even with all the doors and windows closed. Also, the golf course nearby uses electric blowers every morning in the 7:00 hour. It is a little disappointing as the deck's peacefulness is interrupted. One of the reasons we booked the cabin was for the quiet hours stated in the listing. The cabin does have a great location, very close to surrounding attractions. The mattress in the twin room could use an update. "

The area was beautiful and it was so lovely to have the balcony overlooking the river. The home had everything we needed. There were just a few things that needed some maintenance. The dishwasher seemed to be broken, and the toilet seat was wooden and split. "
