ENTRY LEVEL – Living & Sleeping Spaces - Located up one flight of stairs from the driveway
Kitchen – A large, open kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area and is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals. A wall of windows frames peaceful Russian River views, bringing the beauty of the outdoors right inside.

Living Room – Spacious, cozy, and perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Sink into two ultra-comfy couches or one of the armchairs while enjoying the large Smart TV with streaming capabilities, or warm up by the inviting gas fireplace.

Dining Area – Gather around the large round dining table for shared meals, laughter, and game nights.
Sliding glass doors open onto the expansive deck overlooking the Russian River.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 – Comfortable Queen bed for a restful night’s sleep.
Bedroom 2 – Two cozy Twin beds, perfect for kids or friends.
Additional Sleeping – Sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests.

Bathroom – Full bathroom with tub/shower combination.

Back Deck – A wonderful outdoor space with a gas BBQ, outdoor dining table, and lounge seating. Take in the stunning river and towering redwood views while you grill, dine, or simply relax in the fresh river air.

*Quiet on deck 9PM to 9AM. Sonoma County Ordinance for all vacation homes. We have year-round neighbors. Please respect their "sound space".

You’ll receive a link with everything you need, and a printed copy will also be available in the home.
