Should you need to cancel prior to final payment (60+ days prior to arrival date), you will receive a full refund of your initial deposit.

Cancellations made after final payment (within 60 days of arrival date), are not eligible for refund. You are financially responsible for the entire amount of the reservation less cleaning and pet fees. Please consider purchasing travel insurance in order to be eligible for reimbursement of non-refundable prepaid travel expenses.

Refunds: Conditions beyond our control i.e. weather, road conditions, power outage, government mandated travel restrictions, TV outage, phone outage, Wifi outage, Hot tub problems or guest emergencies do not constitute a basis for refunds.

"Perfect location for girls’ weekend
Thank you for a beautiful rental to celebrate milestone birthdays! The home was pristine and equipped with everything we needed! Three bedrooms, each with a full bathroom! Great kitchen! Location was awesome too - near downtown, Armstrong Redwood Reserve and Johnson’s Beach, tucked into this cozy forest neighborhood. We loved it!"

"Great Getaway
This was a very nice house located on a quiet street among the redwoods and super close to restaurants and grocery stores. It was great having three fairly equal bedrooms for three couples--all queen beds with private bathrooms. The kitchen was fairly well appointed except that I was making enchiladas and there was nothing close to a casserole dish, so bring your own if you need such a thing. Otherwise, we appreciated having all those spices for cooking and there were a variety of nice glasses and other dishes. The vinyl and turntable were a fun surprise."

"Treehouse escape
This property is a perfect getaway in the magnificent redwoods. It’s off the beaten path but convenient to the coast, the redwoods and wine country. The home is spacious and roomy enough for our group of 5. The manager was very responsive to our requests. My only recommendation would be for better lighting in the living room and maybe upgrading the mattresses. "

"Family vacation to Russian River
Our family of seven had a fantastic stay at the Blue Cherry house. It is a very well cared for, up to date house with a bathroom in each of the three bedrooms. Everything was perfect. Driving back the narrow canyon from the main road can give one concern, but the loction of the Blue Cherry in an open area surrounded by redwood trees is quite a pleasent end."

"Weekend getaway
Blue Cherry is a great house! It fit 8 of us perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The only issue we had were the beds. They were too soft for our liking. Also, you can hear everything when you are in the downstairs room from the upstairs room. Despite those things, we really enjoyed our stay at Blue Cherry! "

"Very clean, but beds were too soft and fence was low
The home was larger and cleaner than we expected.

The beds, however, were very soft, uncomfotably so. My husband and I woke up with sore backs after just one night. Even our kids found the beds uncomfortable. We ended up going to REI in Santa Rosa and purchasing air mattresses the next day. We slept on air mattresses on the floor the remainer of our trip. Had we known the beds were soft, we would have chosen another property. Disappointing that we had to take time out of our trip to take care of this and that we had to pay for additional mattresses in order to sleep comfortably.

A portion of the backyard fence was low (3ish feet) and our dog could easily have jumped it. A loose neighborhood dog jumped into the yard and hung out for a bit, which was disruptive. This isn't a criticism, just information we would have liked to have had before we rented."

"A great house in a beautiful location
Overall we had a wonderful time at this place. The house itself is very comfortable, with 3 large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed to make our own meals. And we had a lot of fun with the ping pong table. There are also other games and books in the house. The house is located in a beautiful and quiet place, surrounded by redwoods and close to a creek. Yet it is just a few minutes away from stores and restaurants.
The only thing that was inconvenient was the requirement to wash and put all the dishes back in their place before checking out. In all other rental homes we have been to we were only asked to turn the dishwasher on before leaving, which made checkout easier."

"Comfortable and beautiful home
We truly enjoyed our stay at the Blue Cherry home. The home is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked well, we enjoyed the back yard with fire pit and the ping pong table in the garage. It is close to the Russian River, ocean and many towns for walking and shopping. We would definitely enjoy staying there again!"

This house is full of charm. It is tastefully decorated and the kitchen was well appointed. There are lots of windows so the living room and kitchen were light and cheerful. "Exceeded Our Expectations
As soon as we arrived we noticed how clean the kitchen and living room were! The house was much roomier than we expected! Everyone was delighted to have their own bathroom because each room comes with its own bathroom. The garden area was beautiful and the kids loved to explore. Huge redwoods towered over the house, and sitting out there for breakfast was really special. Getting to the grocery store was easy, about a 10 min drive.
Kids looked forward to making s'mores on the fire pit. On the last day kids were entertained with banana slugs in the garden. It was a perfect end to an already perfect stay! "

Overall a great vacation house. The location is superb. The house itself is nice, spacious, well maintained. Our only issue was with property management perspective. We noticed kitchen and utensils were not cleaned properly. Cleaning supplies/trash bags etc was not available. During Covid time cleaning is most important. I hope the property management company will take cleaning seriously. "

"I Wish I Could Stay Forever

We had a fantastic time at Blue Cherry. The house was immaculate when we arrived and in very good condition. The setting was so peaceful and we really enjoyed being tucked away in the Redwoods. Super convenient location to downtown Guernville and the river. The kitchen was especially well stocked with all the tools you'd need to actually cook a complete meal. "Great stay!
This is a really nice rental. It's in a community that is right by downtown Guerneveill, but it is in a very wooded area that feels quite removed and quaint. Beautiful trees and lots to do very nearby. Quiet neighborhood, and a big, comfortable house with good community space in the kitchen / living room to relax with friends and family. Really enjoyed the stay!"

"Lovely Comfortable Relaxing House
We loved our stay at the Blue Cherry! The house was peaceful and lovely, in a quiet neighborhood with towering Redwoods all around and a very quick drive to downtown Guerneville. 3 large bedrooms, each with an ensuite bath? A rare find that was much appreciated, especially the great tub in the master bedroom. We were a group of 6 and there was plenty of space. Had fun with the ping pong table in the garage. There’s a picnic table on the back porch overlooking the sweet garden with redwood. Would love to come back! "

"Very sweet stay
Absolutely lovely and sunny stay for our small family with plenty of space for all of us and our dog. Great proximity to restaurants and the local attractions (beaches, river, ocean) and the neighborhood was quiet and a pleasant setting for our daily walks/runs among the majestic redwoods.

The house was very cute as well, clean, warm and inviting. Nice touches throughout (we got to show our 15yo how a record player works), ping pong table barn doors and a fully enclosed, dog friendly garden which we enjoyed every morning and late evening.

Would definitely come back again. "

"The blue house
Great place for 3 sets of people. Close to town. Very clean. Very professional. Only complaint is that there is not an ounce of sun in the house. Nice for a warm day because the house stays cool, in fact cold. No sun was a bit depressing. "

We loved our rental and that all the bedrooms had their own bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked which was great. The outdoor space looked great but we were not able to use it during our stay. This house was in the woods and it was beautiful."

"Home away from home!
Spacious, cozy, comfortable, place to stay with your family
It was fully furnished with fine pieces we were able to settle right in
There is a back yard that kids could play in privacy
The rental had everything we need. Exception of food items wee didn't need to go out to get anything.
The bed was very comfortable bedclothes were warm and soft like a cloud. I had no trouble falling into sleep.

I would recommend this location to anyone without hesitation. "

"Blue Cherry Stay away from home
The narrow road twist and turned as we continued forward. After coming to a stop sign just by luck we turned right, and continued down the road till we came to another stop sign. When we looked to our left, there sat a bright inviting blue house on Cherry St. After parking our car we walked the outside of the house, too admire the flowers and every green.
A cat greeted us from across the street and the surrounding neighborhood was peaceful. The inside of the house was well kept as the landscape, clean and ready to peace us and our guess that will be coming. The young lady whom help me over the phone was very nice and understand. She clearly explain there was nothing to worry about and if I needed anything extra, as purchasing items for the kitchen, since everyone was flying in and arriving all hours through the night and early morning, they would be please to assist. When I asked about bedding, her gentle words removed that worry as well. Beyond words the interior was ready to serve, kitchen, bathroom for each bedroom area, washer and dryer, and recycling. Sitting and dinning area was easy to move around without over stepping someone in the same room. I and my guest were satisfied, and we all agreed we would visit management company again, since the young lady did tell me I would really like the house and it was very true.

It was the perfect place for our family, as it had ample bedrooms and bathrooms, and a nice kitchen, living room, and dining area. The gas fire pit was a fun area for watching hummingbirds, and chatting with the family, while trying out some wine.

The cabin is beautiful, as you can see from the pictures, but what you can't see, are all the sturdy magnificent exposed redwood joists. The hand braided rug in the living room is also very timeless and tasteful, especially when contrasted against the hardwood floors. The house is quite delightful.

The rental company was quite accommodating when we ran out of some supplies, and brought them over immediately. I would highly recommend this house to anyone interested in a restful, and quiet area in a beautiful part of California!"

"Wonderful Russian River Retreat
We stayed at Blue Cherry for the Ironman Vineman triathlon and had a wonderful experience. The house is located in a beautiful location, nestled within the Redwood trees. There was more than enough room for the six of us to live comfortably, the bathrooms very modern and very clean, and then kitchen was beautiful! Blue Cherry is less than a mile away from the river and downtown Guerneville and is the perfect retreat to enjoy time with family and friends."

"Wine Tasting February 2016
The house was very nice and worked well for 3 couples as the house had three private bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked for our use and there were ample towels for our use. The only glitch is that we had hoped to BBQ one night and there was no propane tank on the grill. No biggie as we cooked inside but would have loved to bbq."

"Stay at Blue Cherry House
We had three couples share the rental property for 3 nights. We loved the fact that all three bedrooms had there own bathrooms. House is cute and cozy, kitchen is nicely stocked (lighting is a bit poor In the kitchen)T.V. & furnishings are very nice. Only disappointment was the outside area, it is much smaller than in the pictures, but we made do. Overall very nice house to stay at."

"Resort-Like Experience
It was a delightful stay. The home was delightfully decorated and modern, with lots of welcoming touches. The best part was that there was very little we needed to do to enjoy it and clean up after our stay. It would have been helpful to know that we needed to turn up the water heater. Our first showers were mighty cold!"

"Lovely spacious place
The pictures don't do this place full justice. It's huge, plenty of room for my big family plus travel cots etc. Large living /dining area. Cute garden. We sat outside for dinner every night. Spotlessly clean with everything in the kitchen that you need. Lovely place for our family holiday! "

"Perfect family gathering
The house is very clean and well kept. Seems like the newest and most updated house in the neighborhood.
We stayed with the parents of the bride for a wedding nearby. It was perfect place for them to rest and get ready for the event.
All three bedrooms were good sized and had attached bathrooms. The house isn't too big, but everyone had their own space and privacy. The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful. The country road to the property was a little adventurous for the city slickers like us...
It was a sweet touch to have a goodie basket ready for us upon arrival. But the ultimate cherry on top was when they made it possible for us to check in early to fit our schedule. "

"Fantastic vacation rental!
My family (2 adults, 3 young kids) had a wonderful time at Blue Cherry. The house was immaculate and tastefully appointed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location couldn't be better, as it is just 10 minutes to town. The property exceeded our expectations in every way. Definitely a step up from Airbnb. We actually had our hearts set on a different property, but I am glad that the folks at Dillon Beach Properties encouraged to look at some of their other units. We will definitely be back. "
