Cancellations: As an initial deposit, we take 50% of the reservation total at the time of your booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 60 days prior to your arrival date.
Should you need to cancel prior to final payment (60+ days prior to arrival date), you will receive a full refund of your initial deposit.
Cancellations made after final payment (within 60 days of arrival date), are not eligible for refund. You are financially responsible for the entire amount of the reservation less cleaning and pet fees. Please consider purchasing travel insurance in order to be eligible for reimbursement of non-refundable prepaid travel expenses.
Refunds: Conditions beyond our control i.e. weather, road conditions, power outage, government mandated travel restrictions, TV outage, phone outage, Wifi outage, Hot tub problems or guest emergencies do not constitute a basis for refunds.

"Off the beaten path
This is a quirky, rustic property in a very secluded neighborhood. It is well maintained and has a well stocked kitchen. Though we were off the beaten path, the Charles Schultz Regional Airport and Russian River valley wine country were easily accessible and only about 20 minutes away. Overall great experience!"

"Sonoma Weekend Getaway
Amazing vacation find. The location could not have been more perfect. 10minutes from our favorite vineyards, 10 minutes to "town" for grocery runs, gas, and restaurants. On the foothills of the redwoods this stays was beyond incredible and relaxing. Courteous neighbors, quiet solitude, and the rental was clean and cozy. I enjoyed spending the mornings relaxing on the patio under the serene trees and birdsong, and evenings by the fireplace or in the hot tub. Looking forward to booking again on our next trip to wine country :) "

"What a great experience we had
Clean, roomy, mostly well stocked. Could have used more towels to start with but were gladly given more when requested. Parking was a challenge but we made it work. Would easily rent from them again and will highly recommend them. "

"Nice little house a few miles from Guerneville
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and communications/check-in easy. The kitchen was well-equipped. There is only a small kitchen table with 3 chairs (no dining room), which would have been a problem (there were 4 of us, plus 3 guests came over for a meal on Thanksgiving), except the weather was nice and we were able to sit out on the deck. The deck was lovely, surrounded by trees. The location was a little out-of-the-way and the driveway was steep, but it was paved and we didn't have a problem, even with a minivan with a bike trailer. It was nice to be up on a ridge out of the damp in the sun. And the neighbor was super nice and welcoming. We did have trouble with the heat. It kept shutting off automatically overnight and the house was cold in the morning. Another minor complaint was we didn't find the beds and pillows very comfortable, even though they appeared to be new. Thinner pillows for kids/side sleepers would be nice. All in all though we were comfortable and would recommend this place to someone who wants to stay in the Guerneville area."
