Cancellations: As an initial deposit, we take 50% of the reservation total at the time of your booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 60 days prior to your arrival date.
Should you need to cancel prior to final payment (60+ days prior to arrival date), you will receive a full refund of your initial deposit.
Cancellations made after final payment (within 60 days of arrival date), are not eligible for refund. You are financially responsible for the entire amount of the reservation less cleaning and pet fees. Please consider purchasing travel insurance in order to be eligible for reimbursement of non-refundable prepaid travel expenses.
Refunds: Conditions beyond our control i.e. weather, road conditions, power outage, government mandated travel restrictions, TV outage, phone outage, Wifi outage, Hot tub problems or guest emergencies do not constitute a basis for refunds.

"Perfect Place to Relax and Escape
We spent a week at the Guerneville Getaway and had the best time! The house is very comfortable, a quick 20 min walk into town, and full of amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed cooking dinner while listening to their collection of vinyl records. Having our morning coffee on the back porch listening to the trickling water features. And soaking in the hot tub after a day floating in the Russian River.
There is ample space with the converted garage. The outdoor grill is terrific. And the air conditioning almost works too well.
The only tips we would give to future renters: 1) The kitchen is well stocked, but there was no blender. 2) The WiFi was great, but can be a bit patchy on coverage. 3) There was only one hair dryer, so bring an extra if you want one in both bathrooms. "

This house was exactly as advertised. I appreciated how easily accessible everything was- we enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub, game room- had a great time. Management company was available to answer any questions/ concerns, actively reached out regarding our stay. We regularly rent places through VRBO and have had mostly good experiences, this was one of the best. "

This well maintained home provides a relaxing getaway. The beautiful landscaping includes plenty of seating options, calming fountains,and a hot tub! The garage has a wonderful spacious game area with comfy seating and ping pong. Bedrooms are very comfortable and well equipped kitchen. It’s close to town but quiet and peaceful. "

"Great amenities, good location, excellent sleeps
This house is super cute and the yard is great and private! Love the personality touches, the big couches, the back patio, the grill setup (worked perfectly for us). We took advantage of being only a 20 minute walk to town every day. We also LOVED the hot tub for soothing our legs and feet every night. The primary bed was extra comfy and even being in wine country and all that that has to offer, I still had a week of excellent sleep hygiene thanks to that plush mattress and soft bedding.
Only issues I can think of: the neighborhood is VERY quiet (which is terrific for sleep at night) but the noise/party warnings around the house and in the manual are ominous—we were terrified of getting in trouble so basically tried to whisper after dark. I’m sure someone else ruined this for them and it’s not the host’s fault. The fridge had a broken ice maker which they acknowledged in the house manual, but they’ve got a countertop ice maker unit that makes up for it! The house cleaner maybe missed some details like dead flies on windowsills and spider webs around the stove.
One gripe I have for the hosts (and all hosts who do this really) is requiring the fridge be emptied right into the trash. We were sad to waste so much. I wish there was info about food banks nearby or even a built-in benefit if we boxed it all up for pickup by management/someone after our departure. "

"A PERFECT FIND
I orchestrate a yearly getaway and this rental was perfect! Outdoor space and game room was used by everyone, the outdoor shower was a lovely touch. The front garden and fountain created a very relaxing environment. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need/want. I would absolutely book this rental again! If you are looking for a relaxing/private space to unwind...this is it!"

Great location just five minutes from downtown Gurneville. Peaceful corner location with three car parking. Very well decorated embracing vintage charm with modern upgrades. Every amenity you will want or need including; hot tub, bar, game room/garage with ping pong table and sitting area, spacious living room with TV and stereo. Very clean and well maintained thru out. Beautiful front yard with security gate and overall beautiful landscaping. Exceptional yard lighting as well. I will definitely rent this property again and recommend it to friends and family. GREAT EXPERIANCE !!!!"
