Spend the day on the Russian River, hike Armstrong Redwoods, or explore Sonoma Wine Country, then retreat to the treetops for BBQ and a soak beneath the canopy. Sydney's Retreat is perched in an elevated redwood setting, and there are significant stairs from the parking area to the home.
Guests comfortable with stairs are rewarded with the treetop views, added privacy, and tucked-away atmosphere that make this retreat so special. Once inside, the home's interior is single level.

DOG GUIDELINES
Dogs are welcome with a $125 fee per dog.
The yard is not enclosed.
Dogs must be crated if left unattended.


GUEST GUIDELINES
Dog Friendly — $120 per dog — yard not enclosed — crate required if unattended
Occupancy: 6 people max day or night — NO parties — NO drop-in guests — in HOA
Quiet hours 9PM–9AM (Sonoma County rule)
Parking: up to 2 vehicles in marked off-street spaces at base of house
Entryway security camera monitors staircase
NO smoking/vaping of any substance in house

• Instructions sent 2–3 days before arrival (please do not arrive to the house without them)
• Guest support available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.
• There is a Guest Reference Guide in each home. It has everything you need to know about the home & contact info etc.
