Cancellations: As an initial deposit, we take 50% of the reservation total at the time of your booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 60 days prior to your arrival date.
Should you need to cancel prior to final payment (60+ days prior to arrival date), you will receive a full refund of your initial deposit.
Cancellations made after final payment (within 60 days of arrival date), are not eligible for refund. You are financially responsible for the entire amount of the reservation less cleaning and pet fees. Please consider purchasing travel insurance in order to be eligible for reimbursement of non-refundable prepaid travel expenses.
Refunds: Conditions beyond our control i.e. weather, road conditions, power outage, government mandated travel restrictions, TV outage, phone outage, Wifi outage, Hot tub problems or guest emergencies do not constitute a basis for refunds.

"Home in the trees
Our family of four spent four days here. We had a wedding to go to in Cazadero during our stay, so Guerneville was a cute convenient location to rent. The house was adorable. I will say the struggle was real climbing those steps with our luggage upon arrival but we survived. Everything was spotless. I actually didn’t realize that there was a second bathroom in the primary. Great surprise. Loved all the decks. It is not air conditioned however which we didn’t know. The weather was quite hot that week but it cooled down in the early evening. Night time sleeping was very comfortable temperature wise. I would definitely recommend this lovely home if you are visiting the area. The town is so cute and there’s lots of great day trips to go on close by. "

This cabin was a perfect weekend escape. It was very private and the hot tub made the weekend. Of all short-term rentals, this one was one of the most well-stocked (with kitchen supplies and extra bedding) and comfortable that I've stayed in. "
