Cancellations: As an initial deposit, we take 50% of the reservation total at the time of your booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 60 days prior to your arrival date.
Should you need to cancel prior to final payment (60+ days prior to arrival date), you will receive a full refund of your initial deposit.
Cancellations made after final payment (within 60 days of arrival date), are not eligible for refund. You are financially responsible for the entire amount of the reservation less cleaning and pet fees. Please consider purchasing travel insurance in order to be eligible for reimbursement of non-refundable prepaid travel expenses.
Refunds: Conditions beyond our control i.e. weather, road conditions, power outage, government mandated travel restrictions, TV outage, phone outage, Wifi outage, Hot tub problems or guest emergencies do not constitute a basis for refunds.

"Heart Full at Mi Corazon
Mi Corazon was the perfect escape! The cozy and cute curated home was ideal. Our favorite aspect was the fireplace in the living room. It warmed the entire house and our hearts. We utilized the yoga room for some much needed creative time, the hot tub for a nightly soak, and the side cottage was an ideal office space. Mi Corazon had everything we needed. We also very much appreciated the convenient parking and ease when we had a minor issue with the fireplace. We didn't wait more than an hour for someone to come by to fix it. I have already shared this special spot with friends!"

The property is good but not well maintained. Super dusty, ants everywhere along with cobwebs as soon as you enter. Would not recommend or come back. "

"Absolutely perfect—didn’t want to leave!
This home was the perfect home base for a fun-filled weekend in Guerneville. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the sweet scent of the apple tree in full bloom—it was pure magic walking into the courtyard!
The house itself is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is amazingly well-stocked, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home.
There were three of us this trip, but there’s plenty of space for a larger group. I also housed some of our Women’s Weekend staff here and was so glad to have placed them somewhere so thoughtfully cared for and well-appointed.
There are so many extras throughout the home that made it feel special—and next time, we’re definitely playing the arcade game in the casita!
Highly recommend. We’re already dreaming of our next stay."

"Serenity along the Russian River
The property was so serene and peaceful. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood along the Russian River. River acces was a short walk away. We preferred just spending the day at Johnsons Beach with the kids as it was a little but safer for our kids. The kitchen was great for cooking family meals. The beds were comfortable too. We loved the outdoor space under the patio lights and spent a great deal of time in the hot tub after the cool air rolled in at night. An easy drive to the coast, Armstrong Woods and wine tasting. I would highly recommend booking this property. Just be aware that there is only 1 bathroom but a great outdoor shower available too. And there are only 2 bedrooms and a pullout sofa bed inside the main property. Bonus sleeping arrangements are in the second house across the courtyard but no bathroom in the guest house. "

"Fantastic getaway!
We really loved staying at Mi Corazon. The location was very peaceful. Sitting in the hot tub felt tucked away in nature, surrounded by the home's gardens and the redwoods of Russian River.
Everything in the house was clean, functional and well cared for. The beds were comfy and the combo of the wall heaters and lots of bedding kept us warm on a couple cold spring evenings.
We would definitely stay again! My kids are already asking if we can go back."

"Most Amazing stay!!
Family came from Los Angeles and some from the area, this house was the best I could have chosen, my 14 year old cousin was about to have her own space, teach me how bad I am at PAC Man. The spa was wonderful, my aunt enjoyed it so much. The dining room was wonderfully spaced and stocked for our thanksgiving dinner. My 3 year old son realized that yoga may be to relaxing for him. It all together was so amazing and the property management was 110% there for everything. I will totally stay again with some family!! "

"Cozy small home in quiet river neighborhood
We really enjoyed our stay and were very excited when we pulled up to see the lighting, very nice ambiance, clean, cozy, tidy and inviting. The kids and dogs enjoyed playing around the yard, we played catch with the football in the street, all the neighbors were sweet with good vibes. The hot tub was a nice option to have. The shower was very nice. The kitchen was great. Beds were comfortable (hard to wake up!). The side unattached house was great for my 12 year old to escape us lol. The fence needs a little repairing (our small dog got out), the hottub cover latch came off when I was covering up the tub, and there was some wetness under the sink, but those are easy fixes and dont discount in any way from the overall experience. We would have stayed an additional night if we’d known earlier about the great offer. If you’re looking for a cozy quiet river vibe for a weekend or even a week, this is your spot! "
