NO Smoking/Vaping of ANY substances in the home — outdoor smoking restricted to paved areas
All outdoor lighting must be turned off at night when not in use

Cancellations: As an initial deposit, we take 50% of the reservation total at the time of your booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 60 days prior to your arrival date.
Should you need to cancel prior to final payment (60+ days prior to arrival date), you will receive a full refund of your initial deposit.
Cancellations made after final payment (within 60 days of arrival date), are not eligible for refund. You are financially responsible for the entire amount of the reservation less cleaning and pet fees. Please consider purchasing travel insurance in order to be eligible for reimbursement of non-refundable prepaid travel expenses.
Refunds: Conditions beyond our control i.e. weather, road conditions, power outage, government mandated travel restrictions, TV outage, phone outage, Wifi outage, Hot tub problems or guest emergencies do not constitute a basis for refunds.

"Great house!
The house had pretty much everything we needed from cooking to sleeping arrangements to games, and there were even a few floats for the river in the garage. Access was easy as well. Overall we had a great experience and would gladly rent again.

"Fun and Relaxing Weekend atthr River
The house is perfect for two families or bringing along the grandparents. it is super clean and newly remodeled with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of kitchen wear in great shape and the fire pit and BBQ were wonderful. We had a great time playing foosball and ping pong in the garage and the river floats were pumped up and ready to go. It is a great float leaving from Steelhead and stopping at Mom’s beach nearby where you can walk back to the house. We will definitely return again! "

"Family weekend in wine country
Great place to gather and to use as a home base traveling with a dog to wine country! House was as described, plenty of room for all of us, classic Sonoma forest neighborhood. Recommend Uber if you are doing any tasting due to twisty narrow roads and remember there are quiet hours at the house- 9pm to 9am including barking! "

"Relaxing Stay close ot everything!
Beautiful property exactly as pictured! Well maintained, clean and ample amenities! We traveled to Russian River Wine country, visited breweries, spent time enjoying the new at Duncans Point and relaxed at the property. We had our dog with us and he enjoyed the large fenced yard. The weather was not conducive to using the fire pit/grill, but they are available and the setting would be perfect!"

"Starry nights
We spent several nights at Starry Nights. The home was gorgeous! The home had beautiful dinnerware and quality cooking pans. The furnishings were comfortable and beautiful! It was only the 2 of us but this home would work for a family of six.
The neighborhood was fun to walk and the home was centrally licated to take in local food and wineries. "

The place was great - great space for 2 families to spend time together. It was a bit difficult to find at night in the dark, but it is in a great location if you want some time away from busy daily life. A quick walk to a river area where kids can hang out. "
