CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS / TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Cancellations: As an initial deposit, we take 50% of the reservation total at the time of your booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 60 days prior to your arrival date.
Should you need to cancel prior to final payment (60+ days prior to arrival date), you will receive a full refund of your initial deposit.
Cancellations made after final payment (within 60 days of arrival date), are not eligible for refund. You are financially responsible for the entire amount of the reservation less cleaning and pet fees. Please consider purchasing travel insurance in order to be eligible for reimbursement of non-refundable prepaid travel expenses.
Refunds: Conditions beyond our control i.e. weather, road conditions, power outage, government mandated travel restrictions, TV outage, phone outage, Wifi outage, Hot tub problems or guest emergencies do not constitute a basis for refunds.

"Great Hidden Gem in Russian River Area
We enjoyed our stay at Cosmo Retreat except it was too short!! The Kitchen was a nice size and we cooked while there. The living and outdoor areas were so nice and got to enjoy them at night. The rooms and bathrooms were also comfortable and only recoemd to refresh the pillows that were a little flat. It was close to ocean and wine country!! Will book again for sure. "

We had a very enjoyable stay over New Years at this lovely house in Forestville. The house is modern, clean, spacious, comfortable and met all of our needs for home cooking. Armstrong Redwood State Park, just a few miles away, was the highlight of our visit."

"Sweet Little House
We had a wonderful stay at this charming house tucked away in the hills of the Russian River Valley. The area offers a wealth of activities, and the house itself is well-equipped to meet your everyday needs. It also has a great selection of games, both inside and out, perfect for relaxing moments. Our only minor issue was with the beds—they were comfortable for a night, but we found them a bit challenging for a longer stay of four nights. Overall, it was a delightful retreat!"
