Cancellations: As an initial deposit, we take 50% of the reservation total at the time of your booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 60 days prior to your arrival date.
Should you need to cancel prior to final payment (60+ days prior to arrival date), you will receive a full refund of your initial deposit.
Cancellations made after final payment (within 60 days of arrival date), are not eligible for refund. You are financially responsible for the entire amount of the reservation less cleaning and pet fees. Please consider purchasing travel insurance in order to be eligible for reimbursement of non-refundable prepaid travel expenses.Â
Refunds: Conditions beyond our control i.e. weather, road conditions, power outage, government mandated travel restrictions, TV outage, phone outage, Wifi outage, Hot tub problems or guest emergencies do not constitute a basis for refunds.

"This Magic Mountain Rocks!!
Our family had one of the best vacations ever here. The house is beautifully decorated, warm and inviting and has a vibe that just feels good. The beds are comfy and the Hot tube was so relaxing. Make sure to call in advance for a table at Saucy Mommas it’s worth it. And the Blue Herron has the best Calamari we ever had. Ended up ordering a second appetizer before we finished our meal lol.
The host was fantastic and super responsive, they even hooked us up with a bakery that made fresh bread. With quick access (via windy road��) to bodega bay beaches and seaside life too. If you’re looking for a nice getaway Magic Mountain is the place to stay.

"Better Than We Hoped For
This rental was perfect for our family with adult children. The common areas were spacious and comfortable. Each of the queen bed downstairs rooms had their own personal entry from outside. We all spent time enjoying the hot tub and birdwatching off the backyard deck. We brought in our own easy dinners and were able to $ave so much on big group restaurant dinners. We will live to book this home again in the years to come!"

"Spring break
Hi, great house, great views. Shower/tub upstairs stopped immediately and nightstand outlet was dead so had to ask for extension cord. Desd frog in hottub - no one to blame but prevented me from going in. Laundry room smells terrible. Storage upstairs was a little strange - so much room but nowhere to hang anything, drawers had no backs, bathroom had little place to put things. Strange to have a hottub and no beach towels. But overall great stay."

"Cozy Deck with a Great View
My spouse and I (both retired) spent 4 days here while enjoying the Sonoma Coast and nearby Sebastopol. We found the kitchen easy to use and reasonably well stocked. The deck was wonderful as was the hot tub, and the design of the living area was a true selling point and the beds comfortable tho rather soft. Many of the appliances are updated. Other features were much more spartan. There was no curtain in one of the bedrooms to block the neighbor's night-long spotlight; many of the walls are bare and joyless; some of the fixtures are inadequate (1 bedside light for a huge kingsize bed); we never could figure out how to work the drip coffee maker; I've never been in one of these home rentals that did not provide shampoo or an adequate pump or bar of bath soap (There were, however, spare toothbrushes/toothpaste if needed); the propane grill is actually an iron griddle, which we opted not to use. The house and neighborhood was quiet, but it was located very close to the uphill neighbors. The property was easy to find using the directions provided as was access; check-in and check-out were clearly described and easy. In summary, we found the best features of the property to be the deck and its view, and the common room openness and relaxation. "

"Lovely Spot, House Could Use Some Upgrades
Overall, the house was a great place to spend time and in a lovely setting. The team at Wine Country Coast To Coast were responsive and accommodating.
A few issues:
- The primary bed mattress didn't fit the frame so it wasn't very comfortable.
- The thermostat seemed like it wasn't working. I'd change the temperature but it wouldn't take.
- The lighting in the main room was kinda harsh, a few lamps would help.
- It would have been nice if the kitchen had some basics like coffee / sugar / oil / condiments."

"Beautiful house
It was a wonderful stay with my family. The house was beautiful. Unfortunately it rained, but that made it magical. The house and kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed. The only issue was the bed in the master bedroom was not stable at all.. And the curtains in all the rooms want blackout curtains and they Weren't wide enough to cover the entire windows.

"Absolutely Amazing!
This Magic Mountain rental was made for a perfect vacation! The house was spotless and beautifully stocked for everyday living. The views were incredible and the hot tub was cleaned and warmed in preparation for our arrival. Our hosts left a basket of goodies and a bunch of inforamtion on local attarctions and food options.
