• Check-In: 4:00 PM - Check-Out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out (may be available for a fee.)
• Guest support is available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with emergency after-hours assistance.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS / TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Cancellations: As an initial deposit, we take 50% of the reservation total at the time of your booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 60 days prior to your arrival date.
Should you need to cancel prior to final payment (60+ days prior to arrival date), you will receive a full refund of your initial deposit.
Cancellations made after final payment (within 60 days of arrival date), are not eligible for refund. You are financially responsible for the entire amount of the reservation less cleaning and pet fees. Please consider purchasing travel insurance in order to be eligible for reimbursement of non-refundable prepaid travel expenses.
Refunds: Conditions beyond our control i.e. weather, road conditions, power outage, government mandated travel restrictions, TV outage, phone outage, Wifi outage, Hot tub problems or guest emergencies do not constitute a basis for refunds.

"Beautiful place to stay!
We had a wonderful time at Cozy Creek Cabin! Austin creek sits right behind the house and the views from the patio and the large windows in the house are absolutely beautiful. It is a little steep to get to the creek but there is a great rope line to hang on to that makes it much easier and we had no problem navigating up and down. You just truly can’t get better than playing in the cool but definitely not too cold river during the day then lounging in the hot tub and dinning on the patio right above it after. Definitely a magical little spot! "

Had a great stay at this Cozy Cabin. Arrival was a pleasant surprise - the cabin was prepared for me with lights on and relaxing music playing. The back patio area is perfect, with hot tub and the relaxing creek right there. I enjoyed my time cycling, reading, and watching movies at this cozy cabin. "

I very much enjoyed my stay here for 4 nights. The cabin was cute and cozy. The location was serene and the creek was accessible from the yard.
We enjoyed visiting Duncans Mills, Occidental, Guerneville and Armstrong Woods.

"Cozy cabin
Really cute cabin located right on a creek. The creek still had ample water in it, even for late in the season. Cabin is close to both Duncan Mills and Monte Rio for supplies and activities. There is a nice gate out front that makes the property more private. Management company was very helpful and quick to respond. I would just note that although the property does allow dogs, I would caution that it is on a very busy road and it is not fully fenced. If your dog is a wanderer, i would suggest always having them on leash when outside. Would stay here again. "

The house was beautiful and clean the setting is gorgeous, the outdoor amenities are fantastic. There were 1 or 2 small issues that the host addressed promptly and courteously. I will definitely be staying here again."

"Magical Cottage on the Creek
We spent a week in this magical little cabin on the creek in Cazadero and it was quiet, relaxing and rejuvenating. It's rare to find a property this close to water! The patio and the hot tub are great amenities. The cabin is small and quirky, but that's part of the charm. We'll be back. "

"Great cabin but not well maintained
The cabin appeared as advertised, which is why I wanted to rent it. It is in an idyllic location and very charming. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. My complaints are general maintenance. Alerted by an odor, I found a dead mouse in a trap in a kitchen cupboard. There was a second half dead mouse later discovered in the main bedroom. This became very tiresome, though I later received a $200.00 credit for doing the clean up. With all the great views, the windows throughout the house are filthy. The place in general needs a thorough cleaning considering the top dollar rent. "
